How to use m-Chatra
The Royal Sundaram m-Chatra app is now available to all RS customers on a smartphone/tablet running on Android or iOS platforms. Download the app today, click on the signup option, register yourself through a secure OTP component and create a new password to log in the next time—you will be all set to enjoy quick and easy insurance services.
Once you are successfully registered and have your password, login to your mobile app and you will be navigated to the policy summary page with the list of tagged policies. Select the policy you want to access and you will be directed to that specific page.
For instance, if you choose the health category, you’ll find different available options related to your medical insurance. The system will display—
1. Your health policy details
2. Your MCard details and the QR code
3. Renewal message notice if the policy is due in next 30 days
4. Renewal notice guide in another tab
5. Status updates of all the claims raised by you
6. Different options to connect with the insurer—call, email, RS branches
7. The FAQ, user guides and other information
8. The Raise Request tab where you can raise a request
9. All the available network hospitals of RS with options to locate the hospital on the google map or call them

1 ★Does not work and unable to register as user. When trying to generate OTP for registering as New user there is always an " internal server error". Same happens with your website.
1 ★Useful only to store information. One has to put in more efforts to enter the DOB. On renewal, detail of new policy is not available. No transaction can he done through this app.

There is no change of new tpa information till today 11/12/2019/ in this app as company has chaneged from paramount to medi assist before 5 monthes ago. Very very loose it department is this.!!!!!

1 ★Worst experience For a simple query I have sent mail and reminder even after 10 days no response only auto generated mail. Even while calling on helpline no after 10 minutes the response I got No customer executives have logged in. Not going to renew policy and also not going to recommend to anyone else.

After long time i recieved recently pdf by e mail but i had to sent mail again and again. Keep doing your service fast automatcly peaople will give five star rating. And update your app that we able to download policy pdf copy by your Royal app like policy bazar app. Thanks

1 ★1 star is to compalusary but real rating is 0 star, Worlds 3rd class insurance company and 3rd class app, 3rd class customer care, no one give answer after so long waiting and waiting also chargeble.. So dont buy policy aur do not download the app.
