3 ★Finally! After over a year.......... An update!............ (but it still sucks 😧)
1 ★This program is out of date and the only reason i use it is beacuse my boss. There are meny programs for free that put this relic in the least favorite of all my apps even the ones that do nothing but crash my phone. If u are looking for a dispatch app that can turn a simple quote into a invoice or edit a quote once its be issued then look at any app but this one id rather use pen and paper and a Thomas guide then this peice of app.
2 ★I use this everyday and it is the most frustrating app I've ever used. So when u select a job it loads and brings you to the job screen. When u complete it takes you back to your job list and it takes a min or two even on the latest phones. Which isn't to bad except it won't refresh your bored. Any changes made by your office won't show up unless u manually refresh after it just loaded. Once you complete a job it vanishes so pray you put in all your notes and pics. I can go on but won't. Bottom line do not use.
4 ★Great app, towards the end of a normal day it gets pretty slow and needs to be reset. also new equipment added does not stay in the system if job is put to "off job" and pictures unable to zoom or edit name once submitted. other than that the app is great!
2 ★Please add the ability to see my time history while I'm on the call. We need to be able to see travel time, work time, and end times all at once. Also would love to see cloud based service. I hate losing everything if I switch from tablet to phone.
3 ★Getting really annoying having to reset my settings time and again about location, notifications etc...Plz fix that!!
1 ★This has got to be the most problematic app I've ever used! Between lost connection when I've got full service and logging me out and unable to reconnect. I swear this is the dumbest thing I've ever used. Stupid stupid stupid!
1 ★To start this app drains your battery really fast. Second, it's always sending my location to the office. I would've mind if it was the company's phone, but the fact that I'm using my own phone with my privacy striped without my consent is a violation of my rights.
