1 ★Imports from Roster buster do not include pilot name, automatically calculate day or night time, nor do they allow for automatically sorting the flight time between PIC, multi etc. It it possible to reformat the data after import, but this requires manual imput. If you wan to use safelog to import flight time from Roster buster, then you should look elsewhere. When I requested a refund for my subscription which was used for less than 1 day, they refused citing their terms and conditions.
3 ★The logbook itself is fantastic. The Android interface is very dated and badly needs a rewrite. The app is somewhat buggy and does crash if you leave it open for long periods of time. It's functional for adding data to your logbook and syncing to the server. As long as Android isn't your sole method of interfacing with SafeLog, then it's okay.
3 ★Previous issues were fixed in an update Q1 2024. However, August 2024 update has caused app to crash when adding approach details to an entry (using method 4, most detailed).
1 ★Cannot seem to find a way to export my logbook in a format that is useable for another logbook import. They have this software engineered so once you’re in, you cannot leave.
3 ★Android version constantly crashing.
2 ★What a disappointment, I have been using this app for around the past 15 years and around 7 years on iPhone, recently changed to android. Developer pls fix this Android version. Super long loading after sync, scaling of buttons and other bugs.

2 ★Overall okay, but Android app had become very annoying to enter flight times. Pain in the rear that takes away from overall satisfaction.
5 ★I've tried mccPilotLog, it's sucessor PilotLog, and several other small eLogbooks. This is by far the best thought out, and they clearly understand military pilots and airline pilots.
