1 ★Constant issues and bugs, anything less than perfect signal renders the app unusable, not great. Shouldn't have to delete and reinstall constantly to keep the app working.
1 ★this app is not very user friendly. has too many issues to count. only thing the customer service tells us to do is uninstall and reinstall the program. its almost every day with this app.
1 ★Slow, glitchy, logs you out randomly. Crashs when you try to do anything. Doesn't sync properly with the office side of the app/program
1 ★Half the time you cant complete out of the calls. There are multiple errors that show up. I mean, in this day and age of technology, you cant create something that can be fixed. The SAME ISSUES NEVER GET FIXED

1 ★No back buttons so lame takes extra 2 hrs a week to do paperwork....no map of all jobs you can't look at all your jobs today on a map to see where they are you have to do individually which again extra 30mins a day for that. If you backorder a job you can't see that job any more to make changes.
1 ★This app is horrible and causes alot of inconveniences. This company has been coming out with alot of updates recently but none of them has improve the workflow for mobile users. The glitches continues, it constantly freezes and loses data you input into app. There's nothing positive I can say about this app. Fire the the creators of this app and go hire Apple or Google creators. You must create an app the is user friendly and enhance the experiences of its users.
2 ★App always seems to crash & have issues with payments. Has potential but too many issues.
3 ★Reporting glitches to tech support is frustrating when all you get is "please check your settings". Google and Samsung both tell me the issues are with the app and I agree with them.
3 ★Please change the section where there is only 1 Primary Technician to be able to have more than 1 tech that can enter information on the same work order. That would speed up the data entry process when there are Multiple assignments of technicians on 1 work order. Thanks
5 ★Paired to the desktop this is a dispatchers dream, esp if you were only using QB and a calendar for scheduling and invoicing. Would love the ability to delete WO from office vs cancelling them. Hope they build that quality of life feature.
2 ★Very glitchy. App stops alot, loses info, freezes, and just generally acts up. IT is slow to load and process everything.
