Ela permite que o usuário escreva textos utilizando movimentos do pé, detectados pelo sensor de aceleração de um dispositivo móvel. O dispositivo deve ser preso em um dos pés, para que seja capaz de detectar movimentos de rotação do pé para a direta, esquerda e para frente. Como a interface do celular, além de distante, permanece inacessível, utiliza-se uma conexão Bluetooth para que os movimentos detectados sejam enviados para um outro dispositivo móvel, localizado em frente ao usuário. Atualmente a transformação dos movimentos detectados em caracteres pode ser feita de três for mas distintas: Morse-BR, Morse-ITU e Huffman.
