1 ★literally wont work on my phone. previous versions, they had the usual problem with photos not appearing and font of the article not showing up. but I got a new phone, the Samsung Galaxy 10, and now it just says no internet detected, no matter what I do. I have zero issue with the apps I use, they all connect fine, and yet time after time this app continues to be worse and worse, until this. I'm pretty upset too because I genuinely liked this before it had these issues. Get to work guys.
1 ★Like many of the other reviews here, I have enjoyed this app for years even though pictures and text have been glitchy for over a year. But over the last few months its been totally unusable saying there's no Internet connection. I've removed and reinstalled it two or three times but still nothing. I miss being able to quickly read an article on the app when I have downtime, the website just isn't as easy to use. I hope they resolve this problem soon.
1 ★I used to use this app a lot. it had some glitches in recent updates (photos didnt all load, sometimes titles flowed over other text). Recently there was an update and it no longer connects to cellular data. Since I had installed it for my commute to and from work, this new glitch makes it effectively useless to me. if they fix the problem I will gladly consider reviewing it more favorably... previous versions would have gotten 3 or 4 stars, depending how far you go back.
1 ★Over the years, I've ignored the fact that the images didnt load. If I was that interested, I'd just go to the actual website. Annoying but not a deal breaker. But now the App doesnt even work...It doesnt seem like they plan on fixing things since the image issue has been a problem for a LONG time. Perhaps they've just given up. Edit * now the website is barely functional as the cycle of adware just keeps flipping you to a new page no matter what you do. Super disappointed.
1 ★I am just done. I used to enjoy reading Cracked, but lately, this has been the buggiest, most problem ridden app imaginable. Photos don't load, if photos do load, captions are unintelligible. If I read more than 2 items, then they begin loading all wonky, so they aren't readable. Now the app is telling me I have no internet connection. I am currently on the WiFi at my house, sitting practically on top of the modem/router. I just streamed a movie, yet I have no internet? I'm sick of it.
1 ★I, like many others here, loved Cracked. The content was so amazing it was worth over-looking the occasional glitch (photos not loading, random code, etc). Unfortunately for the past year it wont even load. The App claims I have no internet connection yet has no problem delivering ads. I uninstalled it yet again and it saddens me so. It honestly feels like I've lost a part of my life, as Cracked used to be my morning paper. Please start caring again.
1 ★I used to love this app, it was great. then after an update not all the pictures in the articles would load, which wasn't that big a nuisance, but just a few weeks ago it quit working, Any time you try to load the app it just says no internet connection. I do hope you fix that because I enjoyed reading the articles and the picture contests.
1 ★This nothing to do with the site itself I love the content Cracked puts out, but the app is absolutely terrible. I've long since given up being able to see pictures in the app, and as of several months ago I've even noticed many of the entries are unreadable due to the title of the heading bleeding into the lines. now however at least for the last two weeks I have been unable to read anything using the app because it says I am not connected to the internet which just isn't true. Support the App!!
1 ★Come on guys love this app, bit you've got to get your act together and straighten some things out. Pixel 2 XL and this app hasn't worked for a while now. When I open the app i get a message saying it has no internet connection. This seems to be a very common complaint. I've even tried reinstalling the app, however it didn't have any effect on the issue. Also I tried to contact support with the available email address only for it to be returned with the message that the address didn't exist.
1 ★after having this app for about 6 years I'm finally deleting it. It has been broken for a long time, like others have said, images havent loaded for a LONG time but I could get over that. Now the app doesn't load anything other than ad banners. and clearly they don't care since so many people have complained but things have only gotten worse. Sad day as this has been one of my most frequently used apps...
1 ★This app started out great before going downhill. I previously uninstalled the app over fullscreen ads that couldn't be closed. I decided to give the app another chance and it is now completely broken. Opening it just gives the message "Your request could not be completed at this time because no internet connection was detected." My 1 star rating is too much. Also app was last updated November 20th, 2017. It's no wonder why it doesn't work.
1 ★I downloaded this app about two years ago and it's never worked right. First, most of the pictures never load, even if my signal is great or I am on wifi. Second, the article titles sometimes are formatted weird and overlap with the paragraph text. Third, within the past week, my app wont even load articles, it just shows the menu and a black background. This app has far too many issues.
