Pairing your watch with a smartphone enables use of a variety of different Mobile Link functions that greatly enhance the smartphone experience. The CASIO WATCH+ app also simplifies certain watch operations by letting you perform them on your phone screen.

CASIO WATCH+ can be downloaded using a phone running Android 6.0 or higher.
Operation has been confirmed on the phones below, and use of these phone models is recommended. Note that operation is not guaranteed on any phone not included below. More phone models will be added as soon as operation is confirmed.
Even if operation with a specific phone model has been confirmed, a phone software update, an Android OS update, or other factors may result in improper display indications and/or operation. News about the causes of incompatibility and other operational problems will be made available on the CASIO website.

4 ★Has minor connection issues especially after updates but can be resolved by clearing the paired watches and pairing them again.
1 ★Absolute rubbish! If this is the quality of the apps from Casio for their watches then this is the last watch from Casio that I will own. Hardly ever connects without having to uninstall and Re-pairing the watch to the app and even then it will only recognise it for a couple of hours.
3 ★App works well. Pairs quickly and syncs time. 3 Stars because everytime I run this app, I have to force close it from app settings. It's ultra stupid that there is no exit path in this app and it stays running. No one wants to keep running this app forever!
2 ★Won't connect to Huawei P20 Pro. Been into developer administration on phone can connect 3 devices. I have Eqb 800 would be helpful if you could let me know how to connect cheers. I have also followed the very easy guidance on the app and also YouTube videos to no avail. My phone can pick the watch up in Bluetooth but as soon as I try and register it fails
5 ★Everything works great only cant connect to emails. Tryed to do on 4 emails but its not working. Fix this problem and I will rate 5* My dealer found a solution. My gmail was overprotected. Had to push down the protection and now it works like a charm
5 ★At first it was very difficult to connect but after reading up different reviews and doing some process of elimination the problem is about connecting mobile phone and watch is that if WIFI is on along with bluetooth it will not connect. It has to be off and using mobile data I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S8 and now everything works really great
2 ★Apps keeps running in the background even though it does NOT auto-sync the watch as it's supposed to, so going overseas would also mean a MANUAL reset. Only way to close it is to force close from the phone's Apps settings. Recently the apps for no reason suddenly could not connect to my watch.
3 ★I am glad to have this Casio hot selling brand. But can't give more 5 stars because i bought yesterday watch G Shock G339 from Casio authorised shop. But it is having very poor visibility of digital display. I can't even read background is black. Also analogue needles are not visible in night. LED is not able to illuminate whole dial. Please help me to resolve this issue.
3 ★apps is OK for good enough main problem it's always on. after setting time I don't need to do anything more i want stop running the apps but I can't stop it. this makes my phone charge drain very quickly this the big problem for this apps.
2 ★Good app, but one major flaw is that automatic time updates and phone finder doesn't work unless the app is open on the screen. Gave all permissions and disabled battery optimisations. Android 9.
4 ★Works fine for me. The terms and conditions screen is split so you have to scroll down in the top half of the screen to get to the tick boxes which is a bit strange otherwise you can't use the app.
1 ★Find phone feature will not work on Samsung S8 or Note 9. I love my Edifice watch, didn't really by it for Bluetooth features anyway. But come on Casio get with the program and develope an app that works.
