É um meio de comunicação adaptado a estrutura Arquipélago de Cabo Verde e a evolução da sociedade cabo-verdiana com a democratização do acesso a internet e aos telemóveis.Com este aplicativo os gestores da campanha eleitoral, bem como os eleitores, fiquem por dentro de tudo que se passa na campanha como por exemplo o calendário de todos os eventos da campanha incluindo um sistema de notificação para lembrar dos eventos, os vídeos dos momentos importantes da campanha, os tempos de antena do PAICV, o streaming dos comícios mais importantes, o acesso a todos os documentos importantes do PAICV nomeadamente a história do Partido, a plataforma eleitoral e as propostas do PAICV para o desenvolvimento de Cabo Verde, a lista e a biografia de todos os candidatos do PAICV as próximas eleições legislativas de 2016 etc..
