5 ★installed this yesterday after reading reviews, their was mixed reviews so i was skeptical, i started the excerises upper, middle and lower and my god im feeling it! (in a good way) 5 month after having my baby i lost a lot of weight! im toning up as after having three babies your body to flops 😂 also its helping my tummy muscles after having a C-section its really effective, im enjoying it, im onto my second day and yes it hurts with being out of action for 2yr but its worth it.
1 ★hardly 2 sets of exercises are free. major chunk is locked and available only in paid pro version. disappointing ..
