1 ★csnnot connect to our wifi. i end up waking the baby up by hsving ti go bsvk ti the Suzy the reconnect it to the b-tooth

5 ★Really pleased with my Suzy. The device is intuitive, and the app works really well.

5 ★Suzy has been a great addition to our family. My kids love the soothingmusic and she helped them learn when to get up in the morning.

2 ★For some reason the app won't connect to Wi-Fi. Tried both the searchfunction and adding it manually.

2 ★Having a hard time downloading the 9.0 update. So far not worth what I paid for. Pretty disapointed. Also took Suzy forever to be finally "finished" shipped and for the app to be finished.

3 ★I really like Suzy, and I am patiently waiting for monitor functionality etc (...still). In the meantime, at some point, Suzy's music stopped gently fading out and now just stops abruptly, which is pretty unhelpful. What WOULD be useful would be a button to restart the music when Suzy is already lit up.

2 ★Suzy does not have any "automatic soothing" or "baby monitor" functions as advertised. Also, the app's values randomly reset, so the wakeup times disappear, and brightness and volume controls do nothing.

2 ★Suzy frequently disconnects when trying to access setup. Often have to repair Suzy to even get a chance.

3 ★this app would be 100% more useful with a timestamp to show exactly when sammy moved, instead of showing approximately how long ago (seconds, minutes, or hours) sammy moved. i would also like to be able to mute the app. even when i have sammy set to silent, if i have the app open while he's moving, my device still sounds the alarm. sammy also disconnects randomly for no reason (the device its connected to does not move locations, and sammy is hanging from a door knob, so moves only slightly and never out of range), although seems to reconnect on his own fairly quickly. it took several resets during setup to get the bluetooth connection working. i like idea of this gadget, but it's far from perfect and not 100% reliable. it serves my purposes, but only because i happen to have a spare bluetooth device which i can leave nearby (so never go out of range). if i didn't have that extra device, i would've returned this bc it would not serve my purposes if i could not track movement while im not home.

2 ★supports only sammy screamer. you can not pair suzy and other units... :(
