EtherSurface is a multitouch performance surface and real time synthesizer for your Android device. Slide your fingers across the screen to control pitch, timbre, and volume. EtherSurface has the ability to play in a variety of scales and tonalities, including the microtonal Bohlen-Pierce scale. Version 1.0 has three unique timbres you can choose from.
EtherSurface is proudly powered by the Csound synthesis programming language to clean and high-quality synthesis.
How to install EtherSurface APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download EtherSurface APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:

Go to your phone Settings page

Programmer guy: one piece of constructive criticism: Borrow the loop/record function as found in Saucilator. While you're at it, borrow the editability also. , This app is wonderful as is. 4 ★I've only been using this app for 10 minutes, but, I love it. But, seriously, though, there are comments from 2 years ago requesting a recording option. Get on it and add a recording option. I'd even be willing to pay a few bucks for that option. Otherwise, the app is only good for messing around, not recording.
5 ★free, ad free, and deeply meditative. this is instantly my new favorite app. i would happily chuck a few dollars at this app to access a wider variety of sounds; and a recording option would be killer. i sat in my car after work with the windows open and my eyes closed and i just played on this for about 15/20 minutes. it was thoroughly good. highly recommended.
5 ★An absolute peach of an instrument - no learning curve and a beautiful default sound straight from your phone. Worth buying an audio interface for so you can record it directly to your DAW!
4 ★Really neat and simple to use "instrument" for Android devices that makes it easy to produce interesting chord sequences—this could be useful inspiration when composing. Default timbre is very relaxing as well, and the scales used allow a total beginner to easily experiment with chords and see what works. Not sure why the default scale seems to switch from hexatonic to pentatonic after the first octave, though—that's my only real complaint.

5 ★This has been the best hidden gem of an app on android that I have found since ever owning a smartphone 10 years ago. I hope there is a possibility in the future to add the ability to record, it plays very responsively and has actually become my go to way of meditating. Massive kudos and gratitude to the developer for this.

4 ★EtherSurface is one of those Apps that actually is a work of art and a joy to experience. The tones and fx are set just right for a journey in sound reminiscent of those 15 Stations you see hanging on the walls of your church. Ether Surface however does not offer a Record button nor can my Android an Alcatel Idol 5 with VR capture the Ether face of Station VI. I'll bet there is back end code though that had permission and access to the users camera and that image gets sent to the Vatican.
4 ★Good sound toy, simple, clear and not overloaded with features. However, slightly more diverse of tweakable sounds would be appreciated
