5 ★very well designed app. the notification option before loadshedding is a great feature. none of us like loadshedding but its good to know when the power will be off.
4 ★Amazing app Quite an amazing app, it's very helpful. I would like the option to turn off notifications of the app saying when stages change, its a near heart attack experience when you see the ESP logo in the notification bar thinking that it's the 55 min notification when its only a stage change. But other then that ty for the amazing app.
3 ★The app is ok....the only problem is you never know which schedule your area is on. It would be a game changer if your area would update automatically so you would have the correct schedule all the time.
2 ★Exceptional with the loadshedding alerts. Poor customer service related to their add-on product 'Ask my street'. Pests have been flagged ad spam and there is NO support from developers. Thus is in contrast to my previous accounts I've had.
3 ★turning off notifications does not turn them off. I keep getting notifications from regions that I've turned off. other than that the app is useful
1 ★Tired of the notification spam. I installed this to get notifications for when there is load shedding. I went into notification settings for this app, and selected high importance notifications only. Yet for some reason, I still get the "quirky" notifications that are unrelated. You guys have joined the ranks of sms and voice spam. Well done.
4 ★While I understand and accept that ESP is funded by ads, it would be nice to have the ads toned-down a bit, in order to accommodate users with sensory problems, such as epileptics and autistics. Needlessly flashy content that is designed to be unavoidable is just going to push us to avoid the product entirely. I'm looking at you, "Bolt".
1 ★Absolutely Terrible. I cannot get the app to work or even find my area (after several install, uninstalland reinstallattempts)! So frustrating.
5 ★Accurate, quick, easy, simple and fast app to use to get the needed and latest loadshedding information and schedules and any other Electricity updates or changes in and around your town, city or any other areas in South Africa. Up till now, I have not had any negative experiences or problems while using this app. I definitely recommend downloading and using this app to anyone and everyone in need of a reliable source of loadshedding information. 2 ★The load shedding times are often not correct. And differs completely from the actual times that power is off. The local munisipal group is more reliable. Precise locations are also not always available especially in rural areas.
5 ★The best app out there for Loadshedding by far! Ads a bit annoying sometimes, but there a package that supports developing, so makes sense. Generally very up to date and accurate information. Highly recommended!
4 ★Amazing app, functionally is good and is user friendly. However recently the schedules have been completely wrong.
