4 ★Thank you, great to be able to check balances and the link to maps is just so convenient!

5 ★A very crucial app for any would be MyCiti client\user. Timetable and fares always up to date. Routes and maps also a great as well as checking your card balance on the go. Its my go to app for anything MyCiti related.

1 ★The 213 timetable has never been updated for 2018. Please can you rectify this urgently. You cannot have an app with the Myciti official logo if your timetable is out of date.

3 ★The app is good for seeing the routes and location of bus stops but the timetables are far off from the real bus times on the routes.

4 ★Time tables aren't being kept up to date. This app is now outdated, please don't rely on the times presented. New routes are also not included. You're better off downloading the myciti time tables from the myciti website. Edit: Back up to date. Tx

3 ★Since the last update there are some services missing. Where have the T01 & X01 timetables gone? I was looking for times from Wood Station and they are completely gone....

3 ★Not all bus stops are mentioned ,my stop which is Bontebok is situated between Spine & Imperial, not sure how they could have missed it.Also would be so perfect if we were able to load money or points on our cards via the app through internet banking.How does one enable the NFC facility I have a Huawei P8?

3 ★Great app which is very useful. Only bug is the card scanner (main reason I downloaded it). Scanned card and got nonsense number like 83 000 points. Appreciate the innovation, but this aspect a letdown.

1 ★I loved this app untill they stop updating the time tables. I will change my rating if that changes. The 234a busses don't line up with the time frames and no mention of the x02 or any other express busses.

5 ★Not sure about others' issues, but times and line info has been spot on for me. Scanning cards to get into is awesome and the map really helps. The Smartwatch companion is amazing as well on my ZenWatch 2. A very useful app!
