1 ★It is really stupid to have to use the same app for buying shoes to manage your Woolworths credit card. I log on only to see my credit card balance, but must fight past hordes of advertising, and all other sections, to get to the actual credit card section. Then it tells me very clearly how much I still have to spend, but not what I need to know - how much do I owe right now. Do something about this, it is unacceptable.

2 ★This app is far passed the stage where it should have progressed into something more advanced. Perhaps notifying us with regards to what items are out of stock during the packing process and offering alternatives within a certain time frame like the checkers app does. This app has been around far longer and yet its trailing behind on lots of features. It's also ALWAYS experiencing problems on the server . Requests are somehow always "unable to be processed " .

1 ★This app took double the payment for my order and has yet to fix the issue! The first initial amount was before the out of stock items were deducted. The second amount was correct but they have not returned the bigger amount they initially took. They are holding onto double the amount i actually shojld have paid. I called at still nothing had happened. Just want my money back Woolworths please! Your call center sucks.
1 ★This is the second time I tried to use the App. Each time u sms me the OPT number and when I want to enter it, it don't give me the option to do it. I phoned Woolworths helpline, but the can't help me. So frustrating! And now I have to press a star to post. I can't even use the App.
