A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

1 ★Sort your app out Asda! I've lost count on the amount of times I've been booted out, and password or email address not recognised, despite them all being correct! Then when I finally get in after a song and dance of having to reset passwords, and input codes etc, even after stopping and reinstalling the app, the barcode doesn't load so I can't scan at checkout! Absolute shambles, and I bet there won't be a response to this...
1 ★I haven't been able to use the "Spin to Win" feature as despite my app being update and shopping at Asda multiple times per month spending hundreds, the option simply doesn't appear. I'd honestly rather the spinning game not exist, as then I wouldn't be irritated about something so trivial. Overall the app is fine. You have to sign in multiple times, but the points do add up and the vouchers work after multiple refreshes. It does not send a notification when your points are about to expire.
3 ★The rewards scheme is good and it is a pleasant surprise when you get a reward you didn't expect. What is excruciatingly annoying is that after my first use of the spin to win this month (October) I am stuck on the explanatory page of how it works and cannot get out of it. It worked fine last month and my app is up to date. I'd rather this feature wasn't there than be 'frozen' in it. Sort this out Asda.
1 ★My experience is that the app has effectively been a scam. Repeatedly I've arrived at the checkout queue to find that my password isn't recognised. Previously I'd missed out on 'reward' payments. On my last encounter I went through the 'forgot password' procedure. This said it would send a one time passcode but this didn't arrive until after check out. Rewards can't be added from receipts at customer service and twice the points that were due, didn't pay into my account. Now uninstalled.
1 ★Complete waste of time I have NEVER been able to scan and go properly. There always seems to be a problem and I then need to go to a check out and queue again. The only "useful" thing I have discovered is that the so called offers in the aisles are NOT applied to the total 95% of the time which is extremely deceiving. I will shop elsewhere, I've had enough
4 ★Works great for me (although took a wee while to figure it out). I only visit Asda about once a week for a small shop, but have every week recieved cash in app from what I buy. Only wish is that it would be more food based & not so much cleaning offers which I always buy somewhere else.
3 ★This would be good if it was baked into the normal ASDA app and triggered after you have scanned your scan and go barcode. I keep forgetting and missing our on points. It seems pointless to have two apps that need dev and support work separately.
1 ★Makes it seem so easy on the TV. But 99% of the items on 'offer' I don't buy! I installed and then uninstalled due to there not being any offers on for me. Just products Asda wants to get rid of or thinks I want. Offers need to be personalised to the individual shoppers habits to make the offers more relevant. Your Scan&Go app has a low rating too... Is this Asda trying and failing to keep up with competition??
1 ★The option to scan a receipt you've missed on a shop should be available on the app! The time it takes sometimes for the app to load (when it actually does on the rare occasion) is ridiculous & when you've got a week's worth of shopping, purposely shopped to save money, increase rewards on the app & being cost effective... To then get home & realise it didn't even scan is really infuriating. It also asks to log back in almost weekly.
1 ★Easily the most frustrating app I've ever attempted to use. Like other reviewers, I get caught in the 'wrong password/change password/wrong password' cycle every time I try to use it. The thing does not work and you can't contact anyone who might be able to fix it. Meanwhile ASDA colleagues are being asked to get people to sign up. THE APP DOESN'T WORK, ASDA. Get back to me when it does. 🙄
2 ★Ok app.. but targets are now way too over the top and the spend targets to get very little back is rubbish. Was a good idea but now it's gone rubbish. Also it's annoying being pennies away from a big target like £9 and next day refresh and new targets.. £100 to get £9 back.. thats horrendous!
5 ★Have not seen any of the issues mentioned by others, app works great for me. Have been able to build up points, convert them to vouchers, and spend them at the till. Also got quite a bit out of the Spin To Win feature. Do have to sign in again periodically (think it says once a month possibly?) which seems a bit pointless but no big deal.
