Mit der KK App sind alle wichtigen Links zum Konzept von KiloKegen übersichtlich zusammengefasst. So kommst Du schnell mit einem Klick zur gewünschten Information. Dazu gehören:1. Der QuickChecker. Hier kannst Du überprüfen ob ein Lebensmittel zur Ernährung nach KK geeignet ist.
2. KK Rezepte. Hier hast Du Zugriff auf viele leckere Rezepte.
3. Der Zucker-Rechner. Erfahre wie viel Zucker tatsächlich in einem Produkt steckt.
4. Mt dem BMI-Rechner errechnest du deinen aktuellen Body-Mass-Index.
5. Der Wasser-Rechner gibt an, wie viel Flüssigkeit Du täglich zu Dir nehmen solltest.
