5 ★Great app to track your strength gains. It is pretty accurate as far as 1RM goes, but I wouldn't treat the projection as gospel. Always use caution. I would, however, like the ability to group exercises per body part. Example: Main lift: deadlift, secondary supporting: RDLs, good mornings, etc... It would make tracking exercises a bit easier in my opinion. Overall, I do not regret upgrading to the pro version, and I would endorse anyone to use this app for strength logging.
