人安基金會創立於2002年，目前於基隆、萬華、三重、桃園、中壢、新竹、苗栗、台中、彰化、嘉義、台南、高雄、鳳山、屏東、羅東、花蓮、台東等17處，設立平安站，除提供「防飢、防病、防寒」服務外，更致力心靈輔導及工作轉介，助寒士重返社會。主要服務對象：
