여성가족부장관에게 송부하여야 하며,
성범죄자 정보공개는 여성가족부장관이 집행한다라고 규정되어 있습니다.
(성폭력범죄의 처벌 등에 관한 특례법 제47조)
따라서 공개되는 성범죄자 정보는 법원의 공개명령에 따라 집행하는 것이므로,
여성가족부에서 임의로 공개대상자를 선택하는 것이 아닙니다.
