1 ★I have been using their products (security set with camera, sensors, control unit etc.) for 2 yrs (didn't work perfectly, but worked), then the app stopped sending the notifications with new Android updates. Contacted their support, the reply was - product discontinued, no further support nor updates. That means I can throw it all to waste bin. Well, thanks! Paid more then 300 for products working less than2yrs? So this is the policy of MiTac obviously, not buying any of their products any more.

1 ★Worst service ever. firstly every time I open the app it manages to freeze all my data connection for sometime. second the feed from the camera, if I manage to connect, is zero...no actual live data is coming in. And third the sensor updates are practically inexistant. I don't know what is the return policy for this products but I will find out.

1 ★No notifications on android 7 or android 9, motion sensor and door sensor. You can see events only if you open the app. Useless app, useless devices. No support since 2017 but still selling the hardware in 2019. Every time you log into the app, it creates a folder named Gianni_says_HI and a txt log file.
