Junto aos veículos de comunicação o padre Kleina destaca-se com a sua missão de evangelizar. O padre Luiz Alberto Kleina é pároco da paróquia Imaculada Conceição, no bairro Guabirotuba. Antes foi reitor do Santuário Nossa Senhora do Carmo por 17 anos e meio, desde 1998.A partir do momento que iniciou sua atuação como pároco, na então paróquia Nossa Senhora do Carmo, passou a alimentar o sonho de transformar o local em Santuário. As celebrações das missas e novenas que preside são transmitidas por diferentes emissoras de rádio e TV. Além disto, também já teve um programa de rádio, diário, e atualmente mantém programas de orientação espiritual aos ouvintes. Como escritor lançou os livros “Deus quer mais de mim” e “Momentos de Espiritualidade”.
Promover a devoção à Virgem do Escapulário foi um dos principais destaques do ministério do padre Kleina.
Padre Kleina é Cidadão Benemérito do Paraná e também já recebeu as seguintes premiações: Prêmio Papa João Paulo II, Prêmio Pablo Neruda de Direitos Humanos e Prêmio “Mérito” Fernando Amaro.
