2 ★The app itself started working for a little while then for the last 4 days having been able to use the app. Keeps giving login error even when trying to use it. I checked multiple times to make sure password is correct. I Uninstalled it and reinstalled just for the same issue. Highly recommend an app that won't crash at this point.
1 ★Streaming music only works over Wifi which is completely unacceptable. Furthermore, I have to log in again every few days, the search function is bad and many titles/albums are missing which are available at any other streaming service.
2 ★Only wish that it had an integrated equalizer on my Smartphone just like Amazon HD music. I've been with Tidal for about a few years now. And thinking about exploring other options as a subscription. I am currently using the Moto Stylus 2021 to listen to my music when I'm out about.
2 ★Tidal fan to and Update problem. Never had an issue the whole couple years, now i have updated and my player now no longer plays in background, when screen is off and when using other apps as it usually would. I have gone through my fome settings and made sure wasnt i glich on my end but sadly its deffinately the app. Please fix this, i prefer to use Tidal as my music app,
2 ★I've been using Tidal basically since it 1st launched. Recently, however, it KEEPS CRASHING. At home, in the car, in the gym, online, offline..... It's driving me crazy! (and, yes, my app is updated) 🥺 😭
1 ★Although it Charges more than your traditional media player. I took the bait hoping to hear & See what I paid for in the quality and ease of use through a perhaps.. idk refined music app? Nope it played for about a week or so, and when I had to renew I chose to use my student discount...Somehow it was able to charge my account several times over, yet however can't seem to let me listen to a damn song 🤷🏾♂️🤔👁 well that was A bitter taste of the 🌊Tidal 🥴 ... back to Spotify🤙🏽🏄
4 ★App does not work. It says network is not available in several locations with 30 to 40 Mbps when YTMusic works just fine. Cleared data and cache. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing fixes the issue on S21 Ultra using TMobile.
4 ★The music quality is next level. Needs more Australian content. The fresh and new music lists are pretty heavy on US artists, and it would be good to see some independent artists brought onto the platform.
1 ★There is no support for Google Assistant and casting is extremely unreliable often disconnecting. At the end of an album I have to stop casting in the Google Home app before I can cast again. Organisation of music is poor with multiple artists with the same name mixed together, and albums incorrectly flagged as compilations
4 ★It was a good app untill it required to download a carrier app . Ive been using it almost every day for over a year but now im obligated to unsubscribe. Get it together tidal abandon the two app concept ill be using spotify untill then.
1 ★Awful UI, smaller library (at least fo music in listening), search is not working and the hi-fi quality is limited to some songs/albums.... Sorry, I tried very hard, but I'm going to stay with Spotify
3 ★Has a great collection of music (esp metal), but the main issue is getting it to work. It works 70/30 of the time the way it should. I wish it were more reliable.
