1 ★Worst app experience. Otp is useless. Does'nt gets login, unable to download my reports inspite of trying for 1 hour. Dont know why the top hospital in my city is using their services. The wheel of the app goes round and round after one enters the otp. This app users BP gets increased merely by loging in. Great job IT Team. Please send my reports on my mail id. I have no strength left to use your app, if you dont email me then I will go to the hospital to collect them. Thanks a lot.
1 ★Horrible service.. have been calling customer care since 2 days and not able to connect. Keeps on either disconnecting or puts me in continuous ivr. worst customer support ever. Calls never go through and no callbacks as well...Been waiting for 3 days for covid results. Was told will receive in 24 hours. Still haven't received it..

Your customer care service never picks calls and they make you wait for hours for a simple call back. reports don't reach in the promised time limit.i ve waiting since more than a 72 hours for covid report.i still waiting for my report.you don't even bother to call back or inform I am literally fed-up now
1 ★I cannot track my Covid test reports on the website. It shows 0 reports on my id. I am an old customer and did 2 covid test in past 10 days. How come it is not showing any reports? I needed urgent reports in 24 hours and got to know that Home sample was taken in morning and submitted at night. Rubbish service. Customer care number doesn't work most of the time it just gives beep noises or gets cancelled by itself. There is not option for 0 star otherwise would have given that
1 ★Very worst service, booked appointments on 3rd May 2021 but still representative not came for sample collection. Don't use the SRL for urgent report because they are not able to do fast service. They have no time and value of customer... Bakwass service
1 ★Its really pathetic app,SRL should withdraw this from app store because its service & app discount offer is limited to metro & some cities only then why this app showing & offer to all if they are not able to provide it ,only execuse given by them. Any test booked from this app is not sure that your test ll be done or not,even after booking they are calling number of times for confirmation,after one time you confirm then again another confirmation call its really annoying.Think before booking
1 ★Pathetic customer service. Can't book test for 2 individuals without signing up for both of them. Late refunds. Test sample collection gets cancelled. Someone will call up to tell you that it's cancelled and then hang up.

1 ★Had done my covid test (home collection) on 13th April but the report has not come. Called srl diagnostics plenty of time but the call does not get connect, also called the person who had come to collect the sample. He too is not reachable. Mailed to srl diagnostics customer service but the only response I get 'thanks for writing to us'. It would have been better to go to a hospital and get the test done.
