2 ★Can't stop push notifications. Going to notifications setting and there's no option to turn it off. Trying to send feedback, it takes you to an empty page. You can't complain of there no option to do so.. smart move.
1 ★I just deleted the App, the customer service is very bad, they change bookings time without confirmation, and they are really very slow in answering customer. They change your packages without even telling you. I don't recommend it to any one.
4 ★Booked an electrician for 1 hour. They arrived a bit early, but were professional and got the job done. 1 star lost because I was unable to modify my initial booking, I had to cancel and lose my discount code, and rebook again. App needs more options. Thanks.
1 ★They don't show up for the service and on complaint and claim for refund, they credit the amount in the wallet. I don't want credit, never gonna use service market, i want refund. They are so unapproachable. Chats, emails, calls, it is so difficult to reach out to them. So please save your money and don't for this app.
1 ★I've had the worst experience dealing with a moving company booked through your app. Extremely unprofessional and lousy service. They wouldn't even give me a receipt! When I tried contacting the Service Market app customer service I was put on hold indefinitely. There should be some sort of vetting system for your providers, otherwise why deal with the app in the first place?!?
5 ★I've tried them only once but I'm really impressed. The person who came was very clean, efficient and professional. She didn't miss any thing in cleaning. Did the dishes, folded the laundry, cleaned the bathrooms, did the kitchen, dusted and of course did the floors. She did things without I ask her to do it and if I gave her small notes like do the mirror inside the cabinets she did them with a smile. Best thing I found since I moved to Dubai. Hotel room service quality. And their rates are good too.
1 ★I had a team over to fix my AC just to figure out that their technicians were working on a completely wrong AC unit without a clue that its not the correct unit, then they said its fixed and took the money without making sure anything fixed. I've been emailing the app's customer service team for 3 days now just to send the team again to make sure they work on the correct unit this time, but can't get anywhere with them. The issue is urgent but they reply to my emails once every day.
1 ★Never on time or early or late, finally today i was trying to change the time of my service, the time slot was not available which was understandable, they called me once and i was,having shower and couldn't pick up, so they cancelled my booking but it was still showing on my app so i contact the call center because and they were 30 min late they said yes it cancelled and we tried our best calling you, he called me once only, didn't send an email sms or in app msg talk about awful service
1 ★Very hight price compare to the market The app is not accurate enough wich charge me more money than its should for the service almost every time, worst support teams unprofessional at all can't do nothing for you. JUST UPDATE they will steal your money as they will deduct money from your account without providing the service, and you need to call and follow up to get your money back.

1 ★Cancelled on me last minute Was from dubai and urban company was not available in abu dhabi so tried this one. Booked for a 9 am appointment hair appointment the day before cause I have an important appointment at 11. Then they called 30 mins before and said they had some car troubles. I understand the situation but since im in a time crunch offered to just pay the taxi so the technician can come and they have refused to come with some bs that the things are in the van. Very inconsiderate
