1 ★App has not been working for close on 3 weeks. App cannot be re-installed, keeps showing error. Customer support cannot give solution. Tech support also emailed but no resolution.

2 ★It is a foolish thing to make you an employee waiting for all these hours and there is no specific time or maximum or minimum !!! Delivery service should never be at this level ,, the waiting period should not exceed two hours, especially if the day is specified !!! I think ded should do somthing forwarding time westing

1 ★The most horrible, unprofessional service I have ever encountered. I booked my delivery 36 hours in advance, and waited from 9-6 on the day of the pick up with no information and no notifications whatsoever. Finally, aqt 6 p.m. upon checking the status on the app for the 50th time, it showed that the driver cleared the pick up schedule and was NOT COMING. I called the company and they said there was nothing they can do. I was meant to send cookies to a friend, and now they have to go in the bin!

1 ★Please don't send message that you are going to deliver it on that day and you can't follow the schedule. I received a message saying that you will deliver today my package and i cancel my appointment. Then i was waiting for nothing. Waste of time...
