1 ★Hi. I need help. I received double booking on 3 occasions. Can you help me how to resolve the issue. I have been charged cancellation too without any fault of mine.
4 ★Affordable prices for rides but the acceptance rate during peak period is really bad. I have to wait 15 mins+. Which make me wonder if I will really get priority booking for ryde+. Would be nice If u make it free for a month for first time users.

5 ★Sympathetic driver. Offer to return my tips because I booked a wrong pickup location and a late surcharge was imposed on my trip.
4 ★Good app... Its only whatever you top up into the wallet, it cannot be reverse back to your bank account. This is a down...
3 ★It's location feature is not great, right add doesnt always pop up. Have to key in pick up/destination every time u switch between the services, v inconvenient. Always take a long time to locate a driver though pricing is much lower than competitors (what's the point when there's no driver). Last keyed in addresses not captured.
1 ★Unpleasant user experience. I basically got trolled by a driver who went MIA, and had me waiting for more than 20min, yet was still charged. Really should have taken advice from peers to NOT use this app.
5 ★This RYDE apps is awesome & the fixed-fare is very much difference than to other vehicle booking app. Although, at certain period, it's a bit difficult to find drivers in my area but overall its the best app compared to other booking platform plus the RYDE Drivers mostly or I might say almost all the drivers, regardless male or female driver, they are very friendly, helpful & I feel easy & comfortable to talk to them during my designated journey. Thanks & hope that RYDE will maintain pricing.
3 ★Used Ryde a couple of times without at issue. 2 things that can be improve is the map and the gps location of the driver. For the map would be great of they added traffic condition on the roads, estimated journey time. As the gps of the driver isn't that accurate, example when the driver is nearby but in the app shows that the driver is still far away.
1 ★A very very very 'sneaky' app. It's really really really hard to find the cancel booking button once u start the booking n decide to cancel it. It is like u are stuck with it and should u close the app and tot the search would be cancelled, do note it will still continue to look for drivers and it would turn up, and dammed!! u have to cancel the ride and incurred a cancellation fees of $5.90!!! An 'unethical' app.
