1 ★Very very bad experience with Ryde! I have been actively involved ferrying passengers for more than 2 months, getting 5-starseach time from passengers. RYDE Technologies claim that I never drive and use of their Apps. Just after my last passenger on 4th July 2020, they SUSPENDED my account by falsely accused me said I never used or drive for last 6 months! What a lousy and unprofessional attitude and business concept! Trying to cheat a driver's money by asking me to pay $25 activation fee!
1 ★App is not stable when using simba network.
1 ★not user friendly can't login after multiple tries. uninstall and reinstall won't help either. I don't have any problems with all the other driver apps.. Had just received a computer cut and paste reply.. Very prompt indeed.. Waiting for a human touch.. Haiz.. Even the aunties cleaning up after us at hawker centers actually have to work
3 ★I cash out $146 dollars, more than $100 on 27/7/2021 using normal cash out, till today 31/7/2021, I have not received the cash out amount to me. The day before I cash out $60 plus dollars using instant cash out & deducted 1 dollar from $65 dollars. Just curious why it is so easy to cash out in grab but so difficult in ryde platform. Maybe the way things must be honest & efficient here too.
5 ★A good app for drivers to earn money. I have been doing the rydepool for sometime and i enjoyed getting pings. But there is one area that needs improvement. Why dont ryde have a toggle button for drivers to auto accept jobs, as i feel that everytime i get a ping, the job is snapped up in 1 sec. Which i think is quite unfair. Also, to implement cancellation fee in the event of riders cancelling rides, at least drivers get some money in the event of rides cancellation by riders.
1 ★App full of cheating pax. (1) Will indicate 1pax when there are 2-3 for Rydeflash. (2) Indicate incorrect pickup point and then provide real one via messenger. Platform will not support driver. (3) Poor GPS accuracy. Similar to point 2 for pax to exploit. (4) Rydepool during this pandemic. But do not allow stacking. Why have this function then? Will not recommend this app to any PHV driver. There are better platforms with decent pax and better fares.
1 ★Agreed with many of you... No driver support at all. I was sent SMS to raise riders experience due many trips cancellation. Like some of you, riders cancelled after trip was accepted or already on the way for pickup. Somehow they became our fault. Inexplicable was I have got near perfect 5.0 rating. No empathy toward drivers and yet claimed commission and service fees.. Very disappointed with Ryde.
1 ★Useless platform..! Riders noshows and wrong pickup point, also counted as driver's cancellation rating. Then asked to pay-up $25 to activate suspended account despite pandemic situation!! Prices already extremely LOW and most of the time the distance to pick-up were toooo FAR!!
1 ★The features are good. But gosh, after the latest update couple days ago, the app crash like nobody business. Very frustrating.
3 ★Can't find any riders on route created. Got to keep refreshing to see if there are any riders. Also destination is given in postal code which is quite difficult to comprehend where the riders are heading.
3 ★What the hell is wrong with you guys? Why did you decline my payment i did for the trip? And why am i having a review stating driver charged while he cancelled the trip? How could i charge him if he cancelled the trip? He made a trip on my expense and time and yet left a review like this. This is illogical and real stupid..
1 ★Illegally upholded my earnings and unwilling to reactivate my account. Since rental car not allow for carpool well it not a big deal just drive without carpool app... Whats wrong with that...? I decided to stop driving ryde as their customer service were so unproffessional , caringless unacceptable, fares too cheap, long hours, car rental too expensive. I had lodge police report against the act of ryde.
