1 ★Used to love the app but today is the 19th and the cutoff for receipts is the 16th!! So I can't put in receipts anymore older than 3 days. Ridiculous! Every other receipt app lets you put them in for 2 weeks! First you stop giving coins for gas, then you made it impossible to connect my Gmail and now this.
3 ★UPDATE!! This app used to be soo good. Now they are getting like all the others and that's sad. Restrictive time limits on receipts, constant issues with email connections and NOW you need EXCESSIVE points just to get a $5 reward while you don't credit for all your e-receipts. Even after sending CSR about the email connect issues and not getting credit for e-receipts, its never resolved. So, now we get cheated those points too. Too bad, used to be such a great app!
5 ★**UPDATED** I love this app STILL! It is the only receipt app I am currently still using. It's awesome that they let you add as many receipts that you want and the rewards are easy to manage and see and claim!
5 ★Easy to use and understand just scan. If you scan 4 receipts get 100 points. You can choose a gift card from Amazon or an "eRetailer" gift card and use it on any online shop. Love it! Recommend it!
2 ★Used to be an excellent App. Giving you 7-10 days to put in your receipts. Now it's down to 4. Which means I can't even hold on to my receipts throughout the week and turn them in on the weekends like I used to do. If you don't remember to do it immediately you're pretty much not going to get credit.
1 ★This is a ripoff, if you scan too many receipts that your family and you have they hold the points and refuse to let you cash in for rewards. If you don't shop much but once every other month and you do just your receipts and not your families receipts then you can do this but if you have kids and teens that save all their receipts for you then don't do this app your hard work is wasted. FYI I've been using this app for about 2 years or close to it.
1 ★Paper receipt are only accepted by their discretion. Sometimes they accept them and most of the time they don't. Email receipts aren't usually picked up by the system even though your email account is linked.
3 ★This is app is great .. when it's not stuck on a loading screen. I have let it load for over 10 mins before and it's still loading- none of my other app do this and it's really deincentivizing to continue using it.
5 ★Update: someone finally responded to my issue and corrected it for me. Yay! Was great, but now I can't redeem my points for reward and sounds like this is a common issue. No help from customer service. Until they get this fixed, don't bother wasting your time on it.
2 ★New update won't allow me to upload reciepts anymore. It's been months and I contacted customer service but they haven't resolved my issue. I decided to discontinue because my points were days from expiring since customer service didn't respond to my request for an extension of account inactivty. There's some lag not allowing users to upload receipts. If they ever fix their issue I now see a lot of people have I may return. Well the app was good while it lasted by GOD's grace.
4 ★Pretty good experience. Would be nice if there was one or two more cards a week to scan me receipts. It's minimal compared to other receipt apps, but, if you're not in a hurry to cash out, your scanning will pay off in the long run with rewards.
1 ★Until this past week the app has been fine. I've redeemed several amazon gift cards. But for the past week when try and redeem my points, it tells me there's something wrong with my account. I've sent messages every day for the past 4 days, sent screenshots of the oops! Message i get and other than a automatic links message and email nothing has been done.
