2 ★Really poor bug issues for over a week. I've now had to uninstall & reinstall the app. Hopefully this will allow me to upload my last receipts for this month. App crashes way too much. When it does work, it's great & easy to use.
4 ★Great app. From time to time it's unable to upload survey which means you have to uninstall the app and reinstall. That's a bit of a faff but I have been receiving rewards no problem. Customer services is great too. Would recommend.
1 ★Good app, when it wants to work, but lately there is nothing but errors coming up, which means i have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app, which is getting boring. If i get the error one more time, i wont be reinstalling it.
5 ★Really worth having easy to get £5 credit in a month love the chance to win £100 voucher get paid I 10 or 20 increments my only complaint I can't see the reciept I've uploaded if someone interrupted me I would have to resubmit receipts because I any tell if I've done them (I use shoppix, reciept hog, zipzap, quidco, topcashback, huyu)
2 ★I used to love this app and I don't mind waiting until £10 for pay out but there are so many glitches in it now, it's hardly worth bothering with. It constantly throws an error 'Failed to load survey' and then sticks as it will not move forward from 'resume' and does not allow you to discard the survey. This is such a shame as it was one of the better receipt upload apps.
4 ★Really easy to use and upload your receipts. Received several E-vouchers and these simply upload to your Amazon account. Updated review Aug 2020- app keeps crashing and only way to fix is to reinstall it. Please can you fix the resume survey feature as it doesn't work at all. Thank ypu
1 ★Worked fine but for last few months appalling. I have to reinstall the app for every set of receipts I want to add. Just spent half hour trying to upload one receipt and it won't keep photo taken. Useless, frustrating and support is waste of time.
1 ★You get paid £10 in 2 months with 30 receipts but the App fails often, now almost every time it opens, and this is taking the ease of the app and how worthwhile it is almost pointless. The rare updates dont seem to fix this massive issue.
1 ★I really liked this app before, but then the £10 minimum redemption came into effect. You can only make £5 a month through a maximum of 15 receipts so you have to wait at least 2 months to get anything out of it with all the time you put in to completing the surveys. It also says failed to load survey 70% of the time so you can't even use it and the receipts then they become too old to use. Really disappointing
5 ★Love this app, getting a bonus for things I have already bought. I had a problem and emailed customer service to get help, they replied promptly and helped resolve the problem. I recommend this app.
4 ★Love this app and would have given it 5 stars but for the fact it fails to load survey regularly when the app crashes and I need to uninstall and re-install it again.
4 ★So far so good. Easy to use. I like the fact you can upload a stored picture as well as snap one. Cons are you can only upload 1 picture, and when it's a long receipt, it's a nightmare, plus you can't see pictures of uploaded receipts. It would be useful to avoid uploading duplications. Quick to get rewards.
