1 ★This is absolutely the worst app I have ever used. I tried 4 times to order and finally gave up and made a sandwich on bread from the fridge. Nothing but difficulty at every step. I'd give it zero stars if I could.
1 ★I'm trying to order on the app and every time I try checking out, I get "oops, something went wrong." My order disappears and the error keeps happening. I cannot order through the app. I have the latest update.
1 ★Payment is terrible. Multiple times I've tried to order and punching in my CC number is IMPOSSIBLE. I tried clearing it out, starting from scratch, etc. The way it's formatted doesn't let me.
1 ★The app is so hard to work with! It's not very user friendly. There are ALWAYS glitches. Its slow. I'm so sick of dealing with it! The promos are always hard to figure out, like when i need to use them and how. And I'm trying to use a birthday promo right now and it says its applied and it isn't! The same price is still showing. So disappointing. This stuff always happens on this app 👎 Start over and reconfigure the app! 1 star cause I like getting points and the $10 eventually.
1 ★The most stressful app ever!!! If you accidentally click out of the ordering menu everything in your cart disappears and you have to start over. If you take too long to check out the pick up time has to change, and you get stuck with a loading symbol. If you refresh you lose your order and have to start over. It always takes me 3 times to get it to work and by then my pick up time is pushed so far back. So annoying!
1 ★Used to be good but they recently redesigned it. And I know what you're thinking, that I just hate that everything is in a different spot. No actually I like that part of the redesign. So much clearer than the old one The part I hate is when you enter a card, whoever coded it messed up bad. It switches off numbers in the middle of typing, puts in double numbers, and when you delete, it deletes from the middle and not the end. You WILL spend 15 min entering your card alone.
1 ★Horrible app, continuously crashes now. I have to reinstall each time I want to use it. Step it up! Also, entering my card number was a nightmare because the coding as, again, messed up.
3 ★It's easy to use, but I wish it had an "I'm Here" button like domino's. Waste too much time sitting curbside for someone to notice I've arrived to get my food.
2 ★Latest version is awful. Push the back button one too many times and your entire in process order is GONE. don't bother trying to edit an order once its "in your bag". And certainly don't try to add the wrong side at the end of an entree order. The app was pretty decent before. Now it's way too many clicks, and way too many ways to get stuck or have to start over. IF ITS NOT BROKEN, DONT TRY SO HARD TO FIX IT!
1 ★Agree with other comments that this app has many bugs and requires a lot of patience to successfully submit your order. I was told by their customer service that I would be able to use all of my gift cards in the app by December of last year. That obviously hasn't happened. If I could ask for 2 things, it would be the ability to use gift cards in app and enable the people working at their restaurants to read the orders more effectively since they get the order wrong at least 50% of the time.
1 ★I can load my cart to order, but fails to let met put in payment information to process order. Comes up with error loading page. Used for years without any hiccups, now I can't order.. too bad.
1 ★The app used to work wonderfully. But now I can't order food on it... before I can pay or finish my order it says there was an error and it resets my order every single time.
