1 ★Very bad experience. This App will claim to deliver in 2 Hours , Medicine are showing IN STOCK and take payment first. Then they verify everything and delaying the things saying "out of stock", "covid situation " etc. Even they don't bother to update changed date time in there system. They even cancell my previous order saying "out of stock" after 2 days taking the order. Refund also take 10 days. So, don't use this App. Other apps are transparent and provide accurate information.
1 ★Hidden Delivery charge -- while in the cart with total of ₹500+, it shows shows "Free Delivery on this order" on the top of the page but as soon as you checkout & place order ₹29 is added for any order less than ₹1000. Why can't you have a clear policy of delivery charge & mrntion it in the cart before placing the order
1 ★Why the hell this app is asking again and again to do rating for the app. How many times it has to be done. This thing is consuming our precious time. Services and products are good on Pharmeasy but asking to rate again and again is really annoying. Please solve this issue then I will give 5 stars. If unsolved then I will uninstall this app because we have no time to rate the same thing again and again.
4 ★Prompt delivery and good availability of medicines. The only issue is that the medicine strips on 3 occasions have come damaged inside the package due to the delivery chaps who carry over loaded bags. I had to return the strip and that's absolutely inconvenient and defeats the purpose of online purchasing. Pharmeasy has lots of scope for improvement.
1 ★Playing dirty games. They show 25% Off but gives you discount of only 15%. Rest they give in the form of useless cashback etc only after the cart value after billing is more than Rs 1299. What a cheap tactic. Why don't they clearly state the same instead of fooling the customer and wasting their precious time. I lost more than 1 hour.
5 ★Great and diverse stock of medicines; Superfast delivery; very well packaged and safely sanitised; a doc always call and checks before confirming. All in all, I don't have to look anywhere else for my medicinal needs, whether for my parents or for my cats. A very easy and convenient choice. Thanks!
1 ★Worst experience with Pharmeasy. I ordered few test 2 times and both the time they sent a apology message that report will be delayed by 1 day. First time report came after 3 days and second time, I'm still waiting for the report. Update: they have lost second sample submition too. Ans now asking for re-sample the third time. These guys are worhless and have zero responsibility and credibility.
1 ★Unreliable App, plz don't wait for their delivery, you will waste ur time. My order gets confirmed and medicine added to the cart so I thought it is good aap and opted for 3 months membership but later when it is out for delivery, main medicine got removed and I wasted 2 days and when I request to cancel that membership and refund that membership fee, they say they can't do that as it is against policy. But removing medicine after confirmed order is not policy violation.
1 ★Refund request raised on 12th, it's been 20 days still not received refund. Every time I contact chat support or customer care they will say that they have escalated and you will get resolution soon. Worst support. Dt: 30June2021: no update even after email.
1 ★Horrible experience with this app. I have booked a bloodtest report , sample and money have been collected 3 days ago but they are not providing the report. The customer care is also not helping. All they say that we have escalate the issue . My order no is D516410. This is the worst app and please don't use it .
1 ★Whats the point of ordering from this app when the products get cancelled after payment. After the order is canceled, the product is showing available. If you don't have the availability, why do you show its available. Just fooling your customers. Useless app. Don't know how its got 4 above rating. Fake rating i guess
1 ★I never rated any app as badly till now. This app has worst customer service it ever had. I have paid 537 rs for lab reports wich was emergency for my wife. I never recived any report and any refund for their failure till now i.e 15 days from the collection of sample. It should fax max 2 days for that test. I called nearly 20 times and mailed my problem but everytime they said that I will get an update in an hour. 20 times I got the same reply but I never got any update. Worst service ever...
