2 ★This app would benefit from some major improvement. I don't understand how there isn't an option to access your favorites!!?? When you're on the go and need to order things, it's a pain to constantly have to remember what you use and rebuy, look it up, scroll and scroll because the search doesn't work well to pinpoint exact products. I use the app for emergencies only when I'm out and absolutely need to pick something up because of these issues. I ususlly use the website bc it's easier.
1 ★#1 - Worthless for online shopping, you can click shop in the app but then it opens your web browser instead. #2. It's crazy aggressive and deceptive about trying to get you to turn on location services and create an account - for example when you search for a store manually it displays a list of stores over a map but then hides the "Save" button with the 3rd Location Services request pop-up. I had to permanently block the pop-up before I could click Save, then when I did it told me I had to log in or create an account to remember my store. I decided to see if it saved anyway and clicked "Shop" only to bounce out to the browser. I like Petsmart and have shopped there for many years and will continue to do so. But I am uninstalling this dumb app.
1 ★Tried to place an order for pick-up. Was trying to use PayPal and it keeps circling back to the beginning, with 3 holds being placed on my account. Tried to add a new credit card and it failed to add it. The old system was fine the new update is a downgrade for customers, not friendly. More of a headache and trouble. Just ordered the same items from Walmart with ZERO problems.
1 ★Got an email saying I would save $10 on my first grooming session if I signed up for the new "Treats" program and 1000 bonus points. I think I got my bonus points but no discount for grooming. Also installing the app was supposed to give access to special promotions and discounts. So I installed it. After opening it asks which pets you are interested in. I click on the dog icon and nothing. There's nowhere on the page to tap in order to continue. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and the same thing happens. Not worth the frustration. I do not recommend.
1 ★I've never had to Uninstall and reinstall an app so many time's! This app does not load, the few time's it does it takes an unreasonable amount of time doing so. While I could go to the store, I don't always have the time and occasionally have to online shop. This app makes the entire online customer experience sour. What is more bothersome is this has been an ongoing issue and nothing is being done. Please fix your glitches.
2 ★The app doesnt save the products for later. I can't make a wishlist or grocery list using it, and to make matters worse many of the items are low stock or unavailable. Very limited inventory. Very inconvenient. It also switches the type of delivery automatically which can lead to overlooked purchases. Better to just look in person or use a different app. It's just for same day pay and ordering. If you arent prepared to buy, dont look. Many similar options elsewhere from different brands.
1 ★I had to remove the app. It kept glitching - the back arrow within the app wouldn't work, loading was beyond slow, the screen would flash from very dark to painfully bright, only a few items would generate from a search and, more often than not, the app would freeze forcing me to close it. It would be so convenient to have an app, and I will install once the bugs are eradicated.
1 ★Its been about 3 updates and my app STILL keeps switching the store I'm trying to shop at. I've tried changing it different ways, still switches back. Uninstalled and reinstalled, still. It's super frustrating as I'm trying to shop for a trip and being busy it's hard to go into the store. Issues with inventory as well. Site will say "not in stock" when it is or vice versa. Love the points and coupon game, great concept. Fix the bugs though please.
1 ★I have given the app multiple chances, but it still constantly comes up with the same error. The app will never allow me to log in, by saying it doesn't recognize my email/password. If I try to change my password via the option below the log in, it comes up with an error message stating to try again later. I have uninstalled/reinstalled multiple times and checked for updates regularly. At this point the app is just taking up space on my phone and is utterly useless.
1 ★It does not load for me Update! It appears to upload to payment option when your spending a certain amount (ex. $200 up). I usually spend about $140; tried to see what would happen if I did same day delivery and it worked. However, the suggested tip was crazy . I quickly went back to see if it worked for pick up again, and between switching back to pick up, it changed the quantity making it eligible to work, but I noticed right before the payment option an fixed it, it just reloads. Plz fix.
1 ★I would like this app if it quit asking me to verify my email address! Verified the app, but EVERYTIME I log in it tells me I need to verify my email. When I click "resend verification" there is a popup that says "Dang it! We didn't see that happening. Please try again." Not only have I retried, but I have actually emailed for help! Even that didn't solve the problem!
3 ★The app is easy enough to use although there are a few bugs. While I'm filling out my pet's profile for the 1st time, I can't add a picture unless I quit, log in, pick my name and add a pet manually. Also, I was hoping to be able to do my shopping in the app, but every time I click shop, I get redirected to a web page on my phone's browser. I wanted to use the app to save the things I'd like to get my pet under his profile, get suggestions and checkout while still in the app. Hopefully you guys can add these functions little by little in the future
