3 ★The app is really glitchy. It seems to have a hard time moving quickly or backing out of things. Most of the time it won't load in pictures of products and it is slow to pull up things like what you have favorited and checking out.

2 ★App is seriously glitchy since last update, tried to place a same delivery order and kept having to reinsert my card information, would hit sumbit order and nothing would happen. I now have three pending charges, had to to login to their website off the app to order and this process took so long I lost my 3pm delivery window and got pushed back to 7-9pm ! Awful experience

1 ★Only good for American customers and memberships.

3 ★App lags & is difficult to find products & place orders. The website is easier to navigate. I ALWAYS end up having to go there to search products & to order.... Wonder why I keep bothering to use the app, suppose I hope the $$$$ corporate makes will someday pay to fix it!!

4 ★Like the app, very easy to use. It would be nice to be able to upload a PetSmart/Banfield issued prescription card onto the app that way I won't have to worry if I forget the physical card.

2 ★The grooming section is not accurate enough. I have a Queenland Heeler, but that is not listed. They changed the breed I put in to one that cost way too much for my dog size and coat breed. Very dissatisfied with their customer service when we talked to them about it. Canceled upcoming appointments, no longer going to use the grooming department.

1 ★DONT USE THIS APP! They will claim the order wasn't made and still take money out of your account! I thought it was a fluke the first time, but it happened again. This app is fraudulent.

1 ★I have literally not been this livid with any company in my entire life. This app is a complete con. They will trick you into clicking a reward that deducts all of your points you build up for gambling nonsense. In other words they just figured out a way to steal and claw back some cash from us. I am uninstalling this absolutely predatory piece of garbage malware from my phone. Going forward I will now spend my money elsewhere. Way to go, you marketing losers
