2 ★I've been trying to add the last points for the extra credit since the end of May. it would not take the numbers. I finally got them in today but now I lost the extra points. I do not know why I have such a problem entering the numbers. I've been using Fresh Step for over 25 years maybe longer used to be under my husband's name because he passed away I lost all the points that he had accumulated. I did not know what his password was, so I opened my own account. now I've lost the extra credit.
1 ★Most item are not replenished in the reward center. I've racked up a bunch of points with nothing to spend it on. It's a waste of space on my phone.
3 ★After 7 emails back and forth, screen shots included the points balance doesn't equal up. Repeatedly adding the history up shows more than 1500 points redeemed, yet they continue to say the balance is just over 1000. Thinking this is a waste of time. Update: it appears points expired. Despite all 7 emails, not once was this actually stated or explained. So I will change the review stars but won't change the initial review.
1 ★I keep getring error messages when I try to input a code. I know the code is correct because it is the one on the box and it is legible. I have sent two different emails to your team to try to get that taken care of and I've had no response back from them. The same thing happened a few years ago and I also got no response back from them. you really need to correct this app.
5 ★I LOVE this loyalty program!! I have to say that while I HAVE experienced the same problems everybody else has- frequent codes that won't work no matter what I do, uploaded receipts that refuse to be read; this company's customer service program is TOP notch when it comes to fixing these problems. They frequently send replies with EASY fixes in 24 hours time, so the hassle and stress of this loyalty program is reduced immeasurably. Love this company AND their rewards!
4 ★Everytime I try to enter a code, on every letter I type in, it tells me that isn't a valid code. so I just change the store name (although Target is where I get ALL my Fresh Step) to OTHER and it takes it. The only other issue is that sometimes it kicks back my receipt upload saying it's too blurry or some other thing. I just keep trying until it goes. I have redeemed a few times and although my cats don't like one of the items, I think it's a pretty awesome deal anyway. Thanks Fresh Step.
3 ★I like the concept. I also like that I can now print the coupons insteaded of waiting for them in the mail. But... The app can be a little buggy. Plus there are items I would love to exchange my points for, but they have shown up as out of stock since I installed the app all most a year ago. Seriously? Come on! Update your inventory! Those items were obviously popular. Order more.
4 ★Easy to use, worth downloading. Rewards are a little steep, but I guess it wouldnt be good business to just give stuff away all the time. 😂😂😂
5 ★Easy way to earn rewards for products used for cats/kittens. I highly recommend the Fresh Step Crystals cat/kitten litter. This stuff is the best litter money can by... in all of the years I have had cats, (multiple at once), this has been the product that actually does what it says. No one can tell that we have cats until the see the cats.... which is so nice, I hate the smell of cat urine.. as I am sure most people do. 5 stars from this happy family!
5 ★Love the rewards. My guys love the litter. As all cats are they are very particular about their litter. I tried the crystal litter, no dice. They know a good thing when they have it, that's why they have me.
5 ★The app is so easy to use. They have some cute things one can obtain with their points. There are contests that can be entered and other incentives. BUT most importantly the points earned can be given to an animal shelter, of one's choice, which means more to me personally than the other things. I know that my shelter really appreciates it. After all if it weren't for them, I wouldn't need to by Freshstep at all.
2 ★Loved to get coupons for money off of litter. However. I have NO PRINTER. So now I cannot use that . And the item. Cat Spa. I was saving my points for was " Out of Stock " forever. Then you just deleted the item. Not really happy with the printable coupons. Need to bring back a simple coupon sent the old fashioned way. In the mail box. I have 10 cats. But I cannot let a hungry . Homeless cat get eaten by coyotes or owls. I'm disabled. On a fixed income. Saving money is very important to me.
