1 ★Wanted to give 0 star, app don't work properly. Try to log in to the account is not working, tried reset the password nothing is coming. Called the customer service to cancel the auto renewal after prime trial coz I will be very busy (out of town) to call near the end of the trail and the customer service keep forcing to keep it till the end to take all the benefits. I know you are working but when I said I don't need it anymore and will be very busy atthe end to call just understand and cancel
5 ★Really good application and easy to use the only think which would be better is making the prime settings morr accessable in the app and more clear in the web site
1 ★If you have to make changes to a flight, it is extremely difficult to understand whether Opodo is carrying out those changes or not. Three days before a flight I requested (and paid for) a flight modification to move the flight a day later. I received a confirmation email from Opodo showing which step of the process the modification was in. After that, I didn't receive any update and they never actually changed the flight. They do not have any customer service other than a chat bot.
1 ★This is a scam. I tried the 1 month free trial and tried to cancel it unsuccessfully after 2 weeks. There are no contact numbers that lead you to the company or 'a person'. Then they bill you for a whole year subscription before the trial period is up. DONT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.
1 ★Very bad app and scam. I booked and paid for a ticket on the premium economy, but after booking, I was surprised that my reservation was only on the economy!!! They stole about 300€ from me, They also didn't refund my money of old booking two years ago,my friends also had a similar experience. Please No Someone use this App please.
1 ★‼️‼️‼️ BEWARE ‼️‼️‼️ This a SCAM. When you make the purchase, they will store your credit card and make the subscription for the Prime membership without your knowledge, and they will do it month after you buy tickets
1 ★Very bad experience in many regards. they use every trick in the book to get some more money out of you and they are very unclear in many of their policies. I couldn't contact a real person after trying for hours as they always refer you to the documentations and their bot, despite me having a prime membership
1 ★In August 2020 I bought a flight to Ireland from Chile, round trip, in February I asked for a refund and opodo has not taken over, they had not even processed the request, they just entered it in August 2021 when I asked for my money. Do not buy in this company, they are scammers, they do not answer, only a bot talks to you and an agent who solves your doubts never answers, it is clearly the worst service I have hired and I do not wish anyone what has happened to me. 2023 I'm still waiting.

1 ★I am a prime member, but I'll cancel as soon as I can. I booked a flight for 9:20, and all was well until it confirmed that my booking was confirmed for 21:35!! It's like buying a Ferrari, and receiving a confirmation for your purchase of a Fiat! It's basically stealing, right? Support were no use at all. They told me it was non-refundable and that there was nothing that they could (or more likely 'would') do. Hopefully my credit card company will fix it...
