1 ★Not good company. Poor delivery of hotels. Some places although booked don't recognise opodo so we had to go find new hotel. First time in srilanka . Not a good experience. Another time having booked for 6 days the hotel was the pits so gad to look elsewhere. I am still fighting for money back.

1 ★Impossible to contact for support .A number I can't ring from abroad as don't have access to a tel phone ,no text or email to use. For some reason tried to take money from my account saying I wanted prime plus. I most certainly didnt and don't. It was fortunately blocked by my bank as fraudulent behaviour . So an awful experience so far and I have a flight back using these people. Not happy at all with intentionally being forced into wanting some prime trash rubbish unbeknown to me. An evil scam
1 ★Grosse arnaque l'offre d'essai Opodo Prime. Contrairement à Amazon ou à LinkedIn, si l'on a bénéficié de l'offre d'essai une fois on ne peut plus en re-profiter même un an après. Pourtant le site me l'a proposé lors de la réservation d'un vol... Et s'est par la suite servi sur ma carte bancaire, comme un roi, pour me prélever la cotisation annuelle ! Leur service client ne veut faire aucun geste commercial ! A fuir ! Les réductions Prime ne sont pas ouf en plus !
