1 ★Whats the point if I cant ship to my local store? If I, as a consumer, download an app for a brick & mortar store, its because I need to purchase furniture and want the convenience of picking up at my local location instead of dealing with the uncertainties of shipping to my home. None of the furniture I'm looking at is available for store pickup, meaning they have absolutely no competitive edge over Amazon or Best Buy. Great job!
5 ★My experience has always been good, easy as it could be until I l Paid off my account. At this time I would really like to know if my credit card might still be good or if it needs to be updated
4 ★quick & clear movements. one thing to change would be to enable quantity 2 when ordered another instead of separate line item in cart, confusing
5 ★The girl that helped us at the Lockport NY store, was very nice!! She was also a cashier, the person who got our office chairs from the back and put them on our truck!! The other young woman who also was a cashier etc. was very knowledgeable also, they both deserve a raise!! BTW we love our chairs!! 8/27/2023.
4 ★Office Depot emailed a great special "limited time offer" on a printer in app only.. I download app only to find printer is "pick up" only and not available with hundreds of miles.. if at all. EDIT: Office Depot did email me alterting me that the problem was corrected. Good customer service. i also ran into issue others had that i could not find the delete in cart. i only found it inadvertantly when i swipped right while in cart.
1 ★The app doesn't resize properly when you try to type into a chat box or message box for customer service, causing you to blindly enter text - or you can try to do what I did and open another app to type up your sentence then copy/paste it, but that is OD app will just completely close out and force you to wait in line for another agent and retype everything over.. blindly. App is slightly sluggish at times and generally feels out of date, and has a very bland look on top of that.
5 ★Waiting on a backorder item, but the curside is great. When I call the store, it doesn't take long for them to come out. However, someone is forgetting to put that I have picked up the order. When they got a simular item to replace the backorder item I got that. They also let me know when they get items in. There deliveries were great.
2 ★This app adds zero to the shopping experience. It does not show you where the items are located in the store. It does not allow you to create a shopping list. When searching for things like hard drives the names are so long that you can't see how many terabytes it is without clicking on the drive. It pushes you towards extremely expensive options. Week
5 ★Incredibly useful app that keeps track of my points and purchases. Speed has improved with the updates and I've have a great experience with in-store and curveside pick up. Only wished they wouldn't show out-of-stock items so often. If I can't buy it then I don't need to see it.
2 ★At one time Office depot was my Go-to for everything I needed. But ALL THAT CHANGED ON 9/15/23! They have managers, both local and corporate, that are not honest. I HATE dishonesty. I was given a quote for services, but when i went to the store, the price jumped from $3 to almost $200. They said they could NOT CUT ANYTHING THAT was laminated. ABSOLUTE LIE! They did it for me an earlier time. I called Corporate. No return call as promised. I went to FedEx- did it $12! Office depot-STINKS!
4 ★I really enjoy the app, but it does seem to have a bug when putting in print orders. The add to cart button that appears on the bottom covers the bottom section on Android. For example, I can't add special instructions on a print order cause it is covered up. Other than that, I have no issues with the app.
2 ★The office Depot app works okay, that's why I gave it the two stars that I did. My two main complaints are: #1 - I want to find items that I am able to pick up today from ANY of the stores near me. The app and the website both make you pick a store, not stores near you. #2 - The system consistently shows you items to pick up today that when you try and order it says unavailable.
