2 ★Review after recent update: They updated their app (not the slogan Cambodia's first super app, hilarious). The app actually improved:it is faster, the favourites work, better design. Problems are still there though. It is hard quickly search for restaurants (like just one click for nearby restaurants?). Also there delivery fees are higher than competitors. End up not trying and deleting again so cant tell if the service is improved (was terrible before). Competitors are passing them left&right
1 ★I can't count how many times I've uninstalled and reinstalled this app, really. Despite the countless chances I'm giving this app, it still sucks, and each time with a different issues. It's either the app asking me to update even when there's no update available, or I can't login with the options provided, or the app is loading too slow and won't let me check out. Since the launching of this app, my attempts to order food through this app have never once been successful.
3 ★They still need to test the gps location. I have in many instances got my food delivered at the wrong place. They kept on saying that my geo location was wrong when I made sure my location was correct to even provide an additional instructions to the driver. I live in bkk1 and to suggest that I live in an unknown area is very insulting to me.

1 ★The app works well. The problem is with the delivery drivers. It would be a lot quicker to take a tuktuk (in Siem Reap at least) and get the food yourself. Who wants food cooked nearly an hour ago? My advice is don't use, useless service.
2 ★Worst app in my phone that im still using, a lot of problems/bugs. Clumsy to use and ugly one too. Nice selection of restaurants and usually a bit cheaper than the competitor. Edit: its getting even worse, often left hungry because of the app not working.
1 ★Absolutely horrible app. They have no control over the ordering system and/or restaurant operating system. Today i placed 2 orders and both were cancelled. First order was cancelled as restaurant was closed (lol) second was cancelled after 50 minutes saying products were not available. Literally shame on this app for this kind of outrageous service. Please SHUT DOWN your app and redesign your structure, your model design has issues and you are diluting brand equity before you even start.
2 ★I ordered milktea but when i check out it said cart empty. So I left the app and when i turn it back on, it says i just ordered some weird combitnation of drinks and so i deleted the app. One hour later, the delivery guy called and said the weird drink is here. I'm really mad that i have to pay for thing that i didnt even order. So the app SUCKS! But delivery service is good. If its a bug, then please fix it soon.
3 ★It is a cheap and easy way to order, especially if you aren't sure what you want. It also saves you having to look up the menu online. Everything is in one place. The issue is that you cannot change the delivery address if you make a mistake (at least I can't figure it out) and you cannot cancel the order once you have placed it. Each time I have used the contact form to ask about this, I have not gotten a response.
2 ★I like the idea, but the app is so slow it is unusable. I tried for 3 hours to order groceries using the app. It took my credit card info eventually, but kept freezing before confirming purchase , so I was unable to complete my order.
1 ★Still a garbage app even after the update. The UI is all over the place and overly complicated. Can't even filter out closed stores. Or if you can, it's hidden within the app somewhere. It's not difficult, look at JustEat in Europe. Keep it simple.
5 ★Ordered food from one of my favorite restaurants in Phnom Penh (Hummus House), and Nham24 delivered it quickly and professionally. No begging for tips. No getting lost and not finding the hotel. Driver did excellent and had the equipment to do so safely. The app itself has an easy to use interface, and it's quite straightforward. Highly recommend this food delivery service!
