COTAS R.L., proporciona al Usuario(a) del servicio de Televisión Paga que cuente con el Plan Inicial HD, Plan Intermedio HD, Plan Full HD y Plan Full (Satelital); al Usuario(a) del servicio Combazos HFC Digital que cuente con Combazo HD Entretenido, Combazo HD Vip, Combazo HD Pro, Combazo HD Superior y Combazo DTH Full (satelital); al Usuario(a) del servicio Combazos Fibra óptica Digital (DTH y HFC) en cualquiera de los planes, independiente de la modalidad tarifaria (Post o Prepago), siempre que se encuentre con el servicio activo, la posibilidad de acceder a la recepción de programas televisivos emitidos en diversos lugares del mundo por empresas distribuidoras de señales codificadas vía satélite y por canales de televisión abierta, nacionales y/o extranjeras, por medio del Internet, utilizando cualquiera de los siguientes dispositivos: Computadora, Tablet, Smart Tv o Smartphone, sin costo adicional, a través de la plataforma de servicio denominada "Cotas Play", por medio de la página web: www.play.cotas.com independiente del proveedor del servicio de Internet; siempre que la velocidad del mismo sea la mínima requerida para poder acceder a este servicio. La Plataforma COTAS PLAY requiere la creación de un CUENTA (nombre de usuario y contraseña) asociada a un número de contrato activo.El Usuario(a) podrá ingresar a todos los canales habilitados con la opción en demanda (On Demand) que estén disponibles en la plataforma COTAS PLAY, esto no significa que todos los canales de la grilla de Cotas Televisión que tengan esta opción estarán disponibles en la plataforma Cotas Play.
Las señales PREMIUM estarán disponibles según la siguiente descripción:
ESPN PLAY estará disponible para los usuarios de los planes FULL, tanto en HFC como DTH y los usuarios que tengan cualquier paquete Premium (HBO o FOX). HBO GO estará disponible para los usuarios que tengan el paquete Premium HBO. FOX PLAY estará disponible para los usuarios que tengan el paquete Premium FOX.
La programación difundida por este medio, en cuanto a canales internacionales, dependerá de las empresas distribuidoras de señales y puede no ser necesariamente la misma programación del servicio suscrito de TV paga.
