1 ★It never connects with watch. You keep on trying. This is really problematic an pathetic. Never ever in my life I will buy any Titan watch again especially smart watch. The watch went dead after a year of use and got it repaired.
1 ★One of the most worst product, supper slow service and the Titan Juxt app I better don't comment on it. It's not even worth copy watches which u get in gray market. On 05/09/2019, with this updated App installed on my new phone its refusing to get connected with the Watch. Who the hell on earth is developing this App? Please for god sake the developing team must buy this watch and try getting connecting with their watch first before releasing the App to the end users.

4 ★Got it to work doing a factory reset on the watch by pressing and thenholding the bottom button and pressing the top button 3 time's. The app isfine the watches are junk. When I first got it, it didn't work had to sendit in to be repaired and now 6 months later it won't pair with the appdon't waste your money or time it's super frustrating.
4 ★i have changed the reviews and rating since the app was updated and the connection between the app and the watch itself is very reliable. Connection issues are almost non-existant. Hoping the dev team maintains the app in this manner.
1 ★The new version of the app doesnt connect to the watch. Whats the use of having a smart watch if it doesnt connect. The app is still not compatible with Android pie, so when somebody calls the app shows as private number. not sure why titan doesn't update the app

1 ★Watch will not connect with phone. Even cannot be traced by phone. Had issues with the analogue as well. Two time serviced for the same reason and second time they sent back without even repairing. I am using gear s3 now and using this as dumb watch. Well if it does not connect with the phone after spending so much money, I cannot call it smart.
1 ★I bought the watch 1 yr back. Now I cannot connect with the new phone. Though Bluetooth and location services are ON still cannot connect. No reaction from the manufacturer. Really pathetic which u cannot expect from titan... I tried googling and error n trial method.. got a solution hope it works... It worked...I did a factory manually reset of the watch...then connected and setup from scratch.... It worked... Thanks
1 ★I got the watch as a gift and that I try to connect it to my phone it justwon't pair, I had contacted go support and they still cannot figure out theproblem, I ask to them that I needed to return the phone and I'm stillwaiting. If you just bought it or got it as a gift, don't bother to use,just return it, this is a real piece of sh.....
