2 ★Since the update, the two syep verification doesnt work and you can no longer log in. It says it will text you or call you, but then puts a red x on top of that with no explanation
1 ★This app is full of bugs, could sign up for cineclub since I couldn't enter my cc details because it wouldn't properly load the display.
1 ★Terrible touch experience - can select seats and the experience with too many nuances and not semless - have to struggle to select seats and can't select
4 ★Issue has been resolved. All good App closes every time I try to add my phone number for verification and I can't use it because of that.
2 ★This latest update makes it less easy to browse by what movies are showing across all theatres and is less concise than the last version. Additionally the haptic feedback is infuriating! Give me a way to turn it off, I had to fully disable vibration on my phone to stop myself losing my mind while using the app
4 ★New UI is niiiice!! Keep up the good work with the app!! This is a great start!! Now we need more features such as a concession menu, and being able to order before arriving to the theater like pick-up for McDonald's in a way. Hope to see more updates like this!!
1 ★The app was "ok" before this complete revamp, now it's hard to navigate (not sure why you would make it harder to switch around between theaters to look at times?)... And why on earth did you remove the food menu for VIP movies? I guess you want people eating before they go to the movies then if they can't see before hand what you offer at the theater...

1 ★No way to cancel a ticket . You have to open a support ticket and talk to someone just to cancel. Why is this necessary?! Also what is up with that online booking fee.
