5 ★So I hate paying for parking, but I hate $100 tickets for 10 minutes of parking more. This app covers all the lots I need, provides a receipt in case there is a ticket and I need proof to reverse it and no more hunting down where I have to pay. Only down side is the small admin fee should come out of the lot's side and not my pocket. Honk get on that! Skip doesn't have an admin fee per order the resturant pays it, parking should be the same.

3 ★it is nice to have the opportunity to pay on your phone but is stupid that you have to pay a extra 25c
3 ★Only 3 options which sometimes aren't exactly what you need. There is a large gap between 4 hours or 24 hours. Maybe add a 12 hour option???
4 ★I love everything about this app. 4 stars only because you can only choose certain time frames, I understand why that is, but for example if you want to park overnight you have to do 24 hours for $18.25 even if you only need it from say 6pm until 10am the next day, you pay for 24 hours until 6pm or wake up every 3 hours to pay lol. The choose duration option has never allowed me to choose my own time frame. Otherwise I love it!
1 ★There's now a .25 cent fee for paying online. I'd love to know where the physical payment meters are. When I only need 4 hours of parking paying for more does not make sense.
3 ★VISA debit card processing must have been allowed in the most recent update because I have been unable to successfully pay for parking using your app previously. I think the most recent that I tried was Feb. 11, 2019. I did update and it now works. Thank you for replying. == It would be most helpful if you would allow your app / payment processing to accept VISA debit cards and not just Visa and MasterCard credit cards.
1 ★Too complicated. Just wanted to pay and park once in Raleigh. Took a picture of the instructions and walked to where I was going since I had small kids with me. Had to download an app, create an account, then it asked for my plate # but this was not mentioned on instructions in lot. Had to go back out to get plate #. Had to scan my credit card but it didn't work after multiple tries. Took over 20 minutes & all I wanted was to pay $3 cash to park fast. Could've found a free spot in 10 minutes.
1 ★absolute garbage. never works. there are always payment issues. never once have I been able to pay for parking using this app. Look for a green p if you can at least their app works or use a machine if you can find one. If not just expect a ticket and fight it if you can. Don't even waste space on your phine with this trash, customer service won't help you either. They don't respond at all. If this app is the only thing standing between you and a ticket, good luck.
1 ★In order to pay for 3 days, I had to book for 1 day and then extended two times adding a day because it didn't give me the option to book 3 days at the same time
1 ★Such a joke that there's a $0.35 "Service Fee" if you want to pay for parking using this app. I thought I would use this app so I wouldn't have to touch the parking machine and risk COVID-19. But no, I have to use the machine because it's cheaper. Please remove your "Service Fee". It's ridiculous, especially when their are other apps in the city that don't charge a service fee for paying for parking through an app. Also, consider the current times we are living in (COVID-19 Pandemic).
