Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

User's Reivew

1 ★It worked for about a month and it says"can't connect to server please try again later". I mean I thought that maybe it was just because I was on it late at night but now that I am reading more posts that sounds like my experience it makes me feel a little bit better that it's not my phone.
1 ★Keeps saying...Cannot connect to server...and to try again later. Can't even get into the app for more than a couple seconds.
4 ★Tried to get the vg's pharmacy app to work, but it always fails to connect to the server. After some digging, I found that this app, Family Fare works for VG's Pharmacy. Finally!
4 ★Updated review: I'd left a 1 start reviews, as I had the same issue a lot of people are having. Where it let me log in, but clicking anything after that gave a "can't connect to the server" error and logged me out. However it appears to have been resolved. I sent an email to their support people (Red box with a white "i" in the top right has a link to the email) late Sunday night, they replied early Monday that they were investigating and would get back to me, and little while later said they'd found the problem, and that it should work now if I force closed the app and reopened it. Force closing didn't work, but after restarting my phone, I can now get to my prescriptions and to where I can submit refill requests. While I had already used the website to submit my request, it seems to be working just like it used to. Changed to a 4 star review for now, and if it works in a couple weeks when I have to do my other refills, I'll change it to a 5. Normally I'd only change it to a 3 for a tentative review, but I was pleased with how quick and succinct they were with their responses, and with how they did not try to make any excuses or blame it on something else. Just (paraphrasing) "We're investigating and will contact you as soon as we have an answer/We found the problem, this should get it working for you" all within a day. The app is incredibly helpful for my difficulties, so here's hoping I'll be changing it to 5 stars pretty soon.
1 ★Fix the can't connect to server... it's a great app will give better starts when it's fixed
2 ★It only works part of the time. Seems like when I need to order a refill the app won't load
5 ★Keeps all Rx on file and will send reminders for refills.
1 ★Never works anymore
1 ★Can't even sign in
1 ★I live in a town with a major pharmacy located here. The app doesn't even know that it exists. I only see that it works in Michigan. Uninstalled it.
5 ★I've waited a while for something like this. It's very convenient, I didn't like the phone refill thing. This is much more set up to what prescriptions I have. I can request the time I want and set reminders on my phone.
4 ★Love it..
