1 ★I hate that the company I work for is using this application. GSC crashes often, takes forever to load certain things, and I often end up having to enter the same information over and over again. Rather than being a tool to make work productivity more efficent it ends up significantly slowing me down, and leaving me frustrated. I do not recommend.
2 ★Very slow at times, and as another reviewer stated the camera now is iffy as to how the pictures come out - which is a necessary function for most missions our company builds. Also, any tap on the bottom buttons such as activity or settings takes you to the store list. A second tap on the desired button takes you to what you are seeking. And when GSC is slow makes it frustrating to complete stores.
5 ★Best mystery shop app! I can answer questions in any order. I can easily add pictures. I haven't had any issues logging back on when I clear apps off my phone. The verification at the store works great. I have never had to revisit a shop because the app couldn't complete a log in/log out session. The only problem, but it is a small one, is finding the questions I missed when trying to submit. I just scroll past it a couple of times before I find it.
1 ★poor user interface. just called to tell what you used. only saves your progress about 50% of the time. because of this it encourages users to rush through and not actually use it for what it's supposed to be done.because more than likely they're going to have to use it again. because it won't save. it worked well when my company only used it for one thing but when expanded. it became a joke.
1 ★Maybe I missed it but this app is not for the general public, it's for employees of specific companies only. Maybe it should not be listed with public apps??? This is the response I got when I inquired about being told I had no account & therefore couldn't sign up: "... The reason you're running into this messaging is because the GoSpotCheck is an app being used internally by businesses and not intended to be a public facing app...."
2 ★Updates sticking. Always logging out. Huawei y6. ************************ Update have since switched to a Samsung galaxy. The new updates lag from time to time. Camera update is trash. Feel like I have no control of how the picture comes out now. Would be great if a dark mode is available or an option. The constant white is an eye burn.
5 ★User Friendly app , I like how it easily gave me directions and maps out my routes for me from the closest location then next. Easy to use and understand. It makes my projects much more easy n has lots of potential for other additions. thanks n looking forward to using this app for upcoming projects.
1 ★This app crashes now a lot after a submit, and mostly doesnt work at all. sometimes if I uninstall it and reinstall it it will work once. a total pain in the ass, esp. since i use it for work.
5 ★This app has been so easy to use and has added to my successful completion of several jobs so far. I look forward to working with this app for many many more in the future. Thank you for designing such a user friendly app to help us independent contractors get the job done and help make our lives a little easier.
5 ★I have some assistants that are not very tech savvy. They learn to use in a very short period of time. And the ability to load on my personal android makes it very convenient .And it frees up the company device for others who choose not to.
3 ★Spot check keep stopping and turning off. Reinstalled multiple times, and restated my phone, cleared memory. Still did the same thing. This morning it started working again. Thankfully I use this app for work multiple times a day.
4 ★The app works well. Occasionally the app will sign out in the middle of a mission without any warning. it hasn't led to me losing much data though. I use a Samsung 10e in case that helps.
