Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

5 ★Just wanted to take the time out to thank the tech support, especially Brad, for all the help in getting my app to function properly. It was about a 2-3 week span but he stayed on it. No matter what time of the day I alerted the tech support, they were on it right away. I'm proud to announce that my app is functioning. Thanks Again!
1 ★Would love if you brought back being able to see the address of the call on the incident home screen. I'm still using an older version and won't update just for that feature. The current update gives useless information unless you click on the incident.
3 ★Map screen has been extremely laggy, to the point of being almost unusable on a Pixel phone with the latest Android version. its been a long time, and though aware of the issue, there has yet to be a fix from the tech support dept. Runs just fine on iOS.
4 ★Great app. The only thing it's missing is a widget to allow you to turn off/silence/regular the notifications from the app. I generally want it to make lots of noise, but having an easy way to make the app only vibrate, or just do a silent popup would be a great addition.
5 ★love the app been using it for several years now and the support team are quick to respond to any issues. definitely worth the money over the other apps well refined and very functional. we don't even use half the features that are packed into the app or program.
5 ★The only problem is that after the last update im not able to use the ringtones that came with the app. Im thinking it's more of a Samsung thing but their support team is currently working on resolving the issue. Great all around just need that fixed
3 ★Great app. But since the new update the notifications no longer pop up on the screen. Also don't trust the mapping function. It will send you in the wrong direction 85% of the time.
1 ★The latest update from December 4th has broken the notifications. I get the pop-up in the screen but no audio, I selected a new sound and still nothing. I also have it set to notify on silent, this use to work perfectly and now I miss calls unless I'm on my phone.
5 ★App works great. usually does off within seconds of the pager. either just before or just after. Please consider adding Wear OS capabilities to your notifications, so responses and navigation can be launched from smart watches. you already provided the response buttons in the app pop up window.
1 ★Good app, but the most recent December update has messed up a lot of things for both Android and iphone users. I specifically no longer get incident alerts on my phone which is important for me, and I've tried changing settings with no success.
4 ★Been using the app for 5 years now and hardly in issue on iPhone, I switch to an android phone and I can't even get the app to change the sound so I am alerted to an incident. It just keeps crashing. I am very upset over this. Please fix it.
5 ★It works good. One suggestion I'd like to make is integration with Google Home. It may be a little unnecessary but it would be cool if this app could turn on lights in my house if a call came through in the middle of the night. Just a thought
