Gerade in der Corona-Pandemie hat sich wieder gezeigt, wie wichtig es ist, schnell und zielsicher zu informieren.Als Festspielbetrieb ist die Kommunikation von aktuellen Informationen, Neuerungen bzw. Änderungen, Einteilungen und Plänen ein essenzieller und anspruchsvoller Teil unseres Arbeitsalltages. Neben der Aufgabe der betriebsrelevanten Informationen und Kommunikation unterschiedlichster Inhalte an Mitarbeiter*innen und externen Mitwirkenden steigt die Anforderung einer niederschwelligen und zeitnahen Kommunikation mit unseren Besucher*innen.
Die Festival-Companion-App gliedert sich in zwei Ebenen auf:

für Künstler*innen und Produktionsteams mit internen Kommunikationsinhalten
1. Besucher*innen/Gäste
Weitergabe wichtiger Nachrichten an Besucher via Push-Benachrichtigung, z.B.:
• COVID-19-Verhaltensregeln
• Aktuelle Informationen zur Anreise
• Unwetterwarnungen
• Kurzfristige Besetzungsänderungen
Erweiterung des bzw. Ergänzung zu gedruckten Programmheften, Inhalten z.B.:
• Leporello
• Digitale Werkseinführungen
• Weiterführende Informationen zu Festival, Werken, etc.
• Besetzungslisten
Optionale Erweiterung auf e-Ticket und online-Kundenkontostruktur
2. Künstler*innen & Produktionsteams
Direkte Kommunikation produktionsrelevanter Informationen an „maßgeschneiderte“ Gruppen (bspw. Solisten einer Produktion, alle Chormitglieder, Projektgruppen, u.ä.), wie:
• Probenpläne
• Raumreservierungen
• Sitzordnungen (Orchester) / Besetzungslisten (Solisten / Chor)
