1 ★Most of the bookings are fake. I am a cab owner plus passenger. The worst thing is that drivers and passengers mostly make fake bookings. Driver and passenger need to have separate apps.. The worst service is that if the passenger accepts any booking, the money is deducted from the driver's wallet first. And four to five such bookings are canceled a day because of fake booking like games. Then how much money will the drivers recharge in their wallets? Most worst service indrive
4 ★"Offer Your Fare" option is the biggest plus point but it gets locked at Average Fare. Also two big issues: 1) After booking the driver asks extra ₹100 for Noida to Delhi and ₹150 for return as Delhi / UP Toll Tax. 2) After starting ride, the app doesn't show live path to destination. It keeps showing only pickup and drop location even though the ride has begun. This is one big glitch that is still not fixed by inDrive since so long. Pls also add Pin / OTP feature to begin the ride.

It seems they have hired beggars only, instead of bikers, even after having the option to make a counter offer, they prefer to ask for extra money than what they themselves have countered 2. they prefer bargaining after you accepts the booking and if you don't agree to the fare they are asking, they neither show up nor does cancel the ride and if you cancel the ride your rating goes down. 3. time wastage is another issue. The app has a good concept but a total failure in implementation.

Wanna highlight few things regarding this app passenger/driver only can chat/message but cannot take pictures/selfie to let my passenger know where I am waiting at cause there is a few entrance & the place is so big while arriving at the pickup point and also don't have change destination feature last minute during the ride for passenger. Overall good la this app no problem. But only thing is don't have this both feature only for passenger/driver on this app. thxs
2 ★An issue i have been having: The app said that the driver is 1 minute away, and after you choose a driver, it turns out they are 10 minutes, or even 30 minutes away. This issue has happend a lot of times. I have turn on my location, check my address, nothing works i don't know why. And its frustrating because you want to safe time and feel uncomfortable canceling on the driver.
1 ★The most useless app to use in thailand. Few months back was great, driver could bid, you accept or not. Now it got so bad, that the price they offer NOBODY PICK UP. if nobody pick up mayhe you should offer a better price for them. Its the most useless app in Thailand. Minus 5 stars if could be possible Update jan 2, 2024. From termina2 bus to sawadi hotel patong. My frankly advise to CLOSE THIS APP for Phuket as Nobody picks us, no matter the time of the day or which day.
3 ★Overall user interface is user friendly. However, the app doesn't allow drivers to switch between different vehicle in real time. One have to go through live support agent, which some time take up to an hour to get response from live chat operators. And almost a day to get your registered vehicle switched as per driver's desire. Also, account topup interface is slow and outdated. There is no option for card payments Good app, TERRIBLE SUPPORT
1 ★The issue I've been noticing for the past two months is the price. The fare is increased, like way upto 80,100 extra. On the other hand, similar apps are charging way less than this one. The fare adjustment function just doesn't let you put the acceptable fare to be charged. There's always a "recommended fare" to be imposed on the user. Very disappointed.
5 ★Indrive should charge passengers who cancel the ride, while the driver has already started the journey towards the pick-up location. And this amount should be added to the driver's wallet as he has already spent fuel to pick up the passenger. And should also add paid waiting button. Thank you
1 ★I had an appalling experience with this ride-sharing app's support system. The process is a nightmare and there's zero commitment to addressing potential safety threats. My driver turned into a menace, hurling threats and vulgarities. When I attempted to report the incident in-app, the chat conveniently expired after a mere 3 minutes – as if you can draft a comprehensive report in that absurdly short timeframe! The automated replies in the support channel make me question its purpose altogether
4 ★Very convenient app to find a driver but we need the ability to create more than one request at a time for traveller's, I need to schedule 2 drives at 3 days interval for example. Also once an offer is accepted, we should still be able to see the driver profile (rating, reviews etc.). 5th star when it happens. We also need to be able to see and edit our reviews, I press "send" by mistake and now I can't add the text I wanted to it...
1 ★There is so much I don't understand about how deductions are made even when the rider puts a wrong pickup location. Severally I've had to drive 15mins or more to pick up riders. Only to get to the pick up location and it's a wrong one. Yet if the rider or I the driver cancels, I still get charged.. THAT IS SO VERY UNFAIR. Sometimes, Riders Actual destination is farther away from the Destination on the App. Yet I don't get paid for the Extra distance. Refund takes almost forever to reflect.
