2 ★Sometimes works and sometimes don't. Mostly the app have problems all the time when you have to Lock or unlock the bike. 2 out of 5. Maybe because it's almost free the service is really bad.

1 ★Terrible experience. Several times the ride started in the app but the bike continues blocked. I have to use bus today and not to have a bike experience because that. It is not trustful if you want a daily use to go to work.

4 ★The bikes could do with a litte maintenance, but this is a great way to see Rio. If you select the single month payment, be warned that this signs you up for a monthly subscription by default, and no payment warnings.

2 ★Awful app, only useful to check the map. First of all i use ths bikes in Chile and the app is in portuguese so i dont understand most of what it says. Many times when i tried to activate a bike it said "Couldn´t fetch the code". TL;DR: Useless

1 ★Oh god, fire the whole team that accepted this new design format. It's a disgrace. You can't buy a new plan, you can't add the card if you buy it... You depend on the e-mail and they take days to answer. It's a disgrace. The old app was efficient.

1 ★you could use it once and that's it. they should change the profile details. they require so many things for nothing, plus you can't use the detail from other country's properly is to comprehensive so many details what actually in others country they don't have it.

1 ★This app makes an incoherent mix between Portuguese and (poorly written) English. Usability is horrid. The payment experience is perhaps the worst I've endured. How can a Bike "Itaú" app generate a suspectful transaction on my "Itaú" bank credit card?

1 ★Worst app I have ever used. The bike system works somehow (surprisingly), but the app is very user unfriendly. Very pathetic for an app backed by one of the largest banks in the country. Do not recommend since the app works sparingly.

4 ★Great app and great way to get around and see the city. Can be a bit slow at times but try a few times and works. I got my bike stolen and when I called to report it none of the team on the line could speak english. So I dont know what to do there.

1 ★Cannot use this app, cannot use any credit cards, we used 5 different credit cards, be en ones issued by ITAU.... Nothing. Don't bother trying this service as you can read from the reviews. It is almost impossible to register

4 ★Vastly improved UX since my last visit to Rio. Still need to lie about my mobile number and some critical text (e.g. plan descriptions) is only in Portuguese, but otherwise it seems to work much better. Go with Basico Mensal for BRL$29.90 (about €5)
