1 ★WARNING. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY.. They are a delivery service. But when there is something missing they won't give you your money back or help you with the problem. They just told me that they were sorry. But They kept my money and the tip which I didn't authorize. Do not use this app.
2 ★This app is soooo bad. So many bugs and pricing and coupon mistakes. I can't contact support because it's been stuck for weeks. And Support is terrible, too. I gave two stars only because the service is a good one.
4 ★It has come in handy on several occasions. Sometimes the drivers act like they don't have change. I've also had orders canceled and I was left hungry. Other than that it's a pretty cool app. Support can be help also but I hope you never need them.
3 ★The report feature, or error report should be a thing integrated in the app. Many bugs with many orders makes this app a place with a lot of improvement.
2 ★They been offering me some RappiCredits but when I go to pay they are nowhere to be found. The UI surprised me negatively, I guess I'm used to a more flat design.
5 ★Effective, useful, easy to navigate, great customer experience
4 ★There are times in which it randomly takes your order to a restaurant out of the delivery range and so the couriers end up canceling the order. It also randomly says that some ingredients are sold out when the same ingredients are available on other food delivery apps.
1 ★Horrible experience. I linked my Nequi Account and I could never use it to order anything. Every time I try, my order is canceled. They ask me to use another payment method. What's the point of offering Nequi and actually not allowing users to pay with it? Total nonsense! I wish I could give a 0 star. What a disappointment!
5 ★It's very good service If you have a problem whit your restaurant rappi, solve your problem fastly. The one problem is because your recive better result if you want a refund in rappi credits because if you want your money is slowly.
2 ★While the internal ads are not as bad as they were several versions ago, just now the app would not let me proceed with placing an order until I viewed an offer from their partner. I cancelled that order out of principle.
1 ★Very long esponse waiting times, incapability of resolution, a help desk abroad that doesn't understand local needs, challenging staff, pay-again if you want a substitution are just a few of its inconveniences.
4 ★The app is so great. I can place orders without trouble. Sometimes it lags especially when I go to the restaurants section, but like a whole app, is very good.
