1 ★why do i need to login everytime i open the apps, sometimes i just want to have a look inside the apps only. and one more issue is when i wan to login, i enter my email and password already then i wanted to pres the login button, but it doesn't work, it doesn't proceed the process then it atuck at there. i need to reinstall then only can use. please fix it
5 ★Great Experience and economical way to drive around the city. Worth the money spent. The current version of the app is not so good as before. It's slow and unstable. Also it does not indicate that we neee to update to current version in case if we have an older version of the app installed
4 ★It is really easy to rent a car without going through a lot of channels now, thanks for that.The app is easy to use and simple enough to understand.I'd really appreciate if the 'start trip' and 'end trip' flow is made much easier and clear(in the app).Overall , i had a great experience so far with the service and the app.

Easy for once in a while use, but they should provide more promotion and reasonable price. Other than that is all good. Worth it if u using the far with gang for student like me. We can just share and divide the money.

4 ★New trend of car rental, Location Feedback : Just may need to set up a counter at car park location to guide the members who book the car, I spent 20 minutes only locate the car. The APP is great, You control to unlocked your car and key etc. And report car condition. Car Condition : Fuel not update per actual fuel level. Apps show 4 level, actual car left 2 level. Mirror is a bit oily, when rain, the mirror a bit blur, suggest gocar do some car wash after rent for cleaness and safety purpose.
1 ★I used to love supporting Malaysian startup...until I met this app. The interface is confusing af. I book a car for the next day but the app start charging me right away. There's no guide or whatsoever to help new user navigate. I even tried search online but there's no clear steps. Called the hotline for help but the operator sounded like I'm asking donkey questions. Too much to improve.
1 ★the rent service is very excellent, however the application need to do some upgrade. I need to login to the apps everytime i want to book the car and i can't log in due to internal error. To prevent this error i need to uninstall and reinstall the app back. 👎
4 ★I have been using this app for quite sometimes. so far there's no glitch or what so ever problem handling it however recently i rented a car and was unsatisfied with the condition of the car in which the right side at the back part of the car had been replaced with spare tyre by the previous driver Then, i straight away reported that matter to the CS and their response were good and fast Just a piece of advice for GOCAR please do frequent inspection for all cars before passing it over to clients
5 ★Easiest way to get a rental! I've just used GoCar for the first time and I'm impressed! I like the fact that we upload photos of the car and fuel level, while we could report damages if any through the app. And this is done at the start and end of the trip. I drove a Renault Captur, which was well maintained. It's good
3 ★The car was good. But it would've been better if you upgrade your app. I found the car was dirty once I got in. And please check your car once again before a customer sign in. The fuel level was at 1/4 only. Overall it was satisfying journey, car performance was good. Thank you.
1 ★Ridiculous. Pricey. Non user friendly service. Very troublesome which user need to sign up first even for survey only. All needed info also not completed. Plus user with outstanding summon cant passes their application even with 1 summon. Just waste time to sign up. Much better SoCar service which more cheaper price n not many requirements to use their service. Alrdy uninstalled this apps n never ever looked for this service again. Not recommend at all 👎👎👎
