WellPrompt does this using a hybrid approach of real-person interaction, text messages, education, and nudges individuals to reach their personal goals whether that is to lose weight, start exercising, kicking a habit, or being the person that the individual always aspires to be. This is all (achieved) by using the individual’s intrinsic motivation supported by non-judgmental therapists and coaches.
WellPrompt care is delivered in a manner that respects the individual’s constraints and tries to meet them where they are in the journey of achieving health and (mental health) improvements.
Through video sessions, text-based coaching, self-paced education, and health alerts based on the individual’s personal preferences, WellPrompt endeavors to support the individual when they might feel the most vulnerable in their endeavor to achieve health.
