PictoXacobeo es una aplicación para Android diseñada para facilitar la interacción de los peregrinos del Camino de Santiago con necesidades comunicativas (trastornos del habla, comprensión lectora y escritora, dificultades del lenguaje, etc.). Esta solución tecnológica de inclusión y participación social permite seleccionar pictogramas y crear frases, facilitando la comunicación entre los peregrinos y los diferentes perfiles de comunicación del Camino (restaurantes/cafeterías, hostales, tiendas e iglesias) en los idiomas más habituales del Camino (Español, Inglés, Francés, Alemán, Italiano y Portugués).Esta aplicación fue financiada por la Agencia de Turismo de la Xunta de Galicia en la convocatoria de revitalización del Xacobeo 2021 dentro del programa O Teu Xacobeo.
Los pictogramas utilizados en esta aplicación son propiedad del Gobierno de Aragón y fueron creados por Sergio Palao para ARASAAC (http://www.arasaac.org), que los distribuye bajo la licencia Creative Commons BY-NC-SA.
